My name is Sargent Solomon Fredette

I am a soldier for the ASSR.

We are a group of specially trained soldiers bread to fight the over powering animalistic species we like to call: Ha'Kai

I do not understand fear. I noticed that my surperiors experience this alot. Maybe it is because they do not understand or have the ability to control the things happening around them.

The Ha'Kai Shananuk were no different then we, human beings, were at one point and time. Yet, from what information I have gained from my superiors, they are the result of an experiment gone horribly wrong.

We pride ourselves on being the experiment that went as planned. Now we must cleanse this world of our brothers. We must take away the growing threat of the Ha'Kai Shananuk before they spread throughout this planet and eliminate what life is left.

Our gunship hovered it's way over an area where it was evident the Ha'Kai had fed then breeded. This world hasnt seen sunlight in years. The result of a world of constant darkness has caused for life to wither and pass away. Clouds bent on disrupting human advancement spread rapidly across the skies since that day, and our oceans reek of acid filth. This is my home.

My men and I dropped down onto the earth below, dust particles blasting their way onto my view screen. The town we were in was very deserted. An abandoned building stood less then firm in front of us. I signaled for my men to move forward. Blue wave 3 would bring up the rear.

It was quiet. Too quiet.

My scanner isn't picking anything up. We quickly get up to the corroded front door. Kicking the glass in should be no problem. Red wave 1, my group, scanned down the extremely dark room. Fresh, hot saliva dripped down on top my arm. I examined the ceiling to find nothing at all. Something is in here. A tremendous howl echoes throughout the building, and the ground begins to violently shake. The hum of our guns fill up every inch of space in the room. They are here. Another day. Another battle. Another carnage.

This entire planet is a war zone. It is my duty to see an end to it.
