Carrie's POV

Carrie: Recording is going to be so much fun. I can't believe this is happening, Brad!

He laughed with a big grin on his face.

Brad: I know! It's going to feel nice to be back in the studio. I've really missed it!

Carrie: Me too! I miss it a lot. I can't wait until I can begin my new record!

I can't believe Brad and I are going to do a duet! I thought something like this would never happen in real life, only in a dream! I'm so happy about it. I wouldn't want to duet with anyone else. Well, actually, that's not 100% true but this is such an amazing opportunity! Brad got up and walked halfway up the stairs when I called him.

Carrie: Hey, where ya goin'?

Brad: You'll see!

He smiled at me from the stairs and walked away. A minute or two later he came back down with his guitar in his hand. A huge smile formed on my face.

Carrie: Feelin' a little musical tonight?

Brad: Yep!

He sat down next to me on the couch and placed the guitar in position. He began to strum a song I'd never heard before. I sat for a few minutes listening to the music. Brad wasn't singing along. It was peaceful and it cleared my head. Soon, he stopped.

Carrie: That was beautiful.

Brad: Thanks.

Carrie: What song is that?

Brad: Actually, it's the one we are going to record together.

Carrie: I thought you didn't know what the song was going to be like?

Brad: What made you assume that?

He chuckled.

Carrie: Well you said we still had to go over the lyrics and everything so I don't know, I just assumed you knew nothing about the song. That's really the song?

Brad: Yeah. Do you like it?

Carrie: Absolutely. It's beautiful!

Brad: We've been working on this song for a long time and they've been perfecting it. I learned it right before we met.

He smiled at me sweetly.

Carrie: Ahh that night.

I smirked at him.

Brad: It seems like just yesterday. That was the best night of my life.

Carrie: Oh...why?

Brad: 'Cause I met you, of course.

I bit my lip and jumped onto him, wrapping him tightly with my arms. He was so cute and he never failed to make me feel like the luckiest girl in the world.

Carrie: That was the best night of my life too.

Brad: Oh really? Why?

I whispered in his ear.

Carrie: Because of the free food backstage.

I released from our hug and Brad's jaw was open.
