It's been about 3 hours and G still hadn't come down. Jade put Mason down in his little play pen and closed the gate so she could check up on G.
The way he was talking about his ex made it seem like he was ready to cry about her. She checked the time on her phone before looking up to see if she could remeber what door he went into.
When Jade saw a small cloud of smoke escape from under the last door in the long hallway.
She groaned because she just walked up that long flight of stairs and she was almost out of breath but now she also had to walk down this humongous hallway.
Jade reached the door and was about to knock but soemthing she heard made her refrain from knocking.
"So are you comin' over later tonight? I'm really in the mood for you right now" She took in a sharp breath and back away from the door.
"We can do that thing that you like...I'll take care of that when the time comes."
Jade hadn't realzied that she was standing there looking like an idiot when G opened the door.
"Something happened?" Jade shook her head and pulled on the hem of her shirt as she quickly walked away.
She was halfway down the stairs when G hurried and stopped her almost making her fall right on top of him.
"You alright"
Jade rolled her eyes and pushed him out the way, "I'm fine." G had no idea why she was angry and Jade didn't know why she was being like this.
She knew G from a long time ago when him and her ex Exavier were close. They were both smart and knew how to handle their shit, but G was the smarter one of the two.
G wasn't like Exavier, he was serious about selling but Jade has never seen him actually use the drugs.
Yeah he did smoke and drink buy he never did it as hard as Exavier used to. Exavier would've been out late at night and found laying face down on the floor the next morning.
That was the exact reason why Jade ended things, we'll that and the fact that he cheated on her with many different girls.
From the moment they met, Jade knew that G was loyal. He's even better than loyal. He treated his ex like a gueen but I guess once he saw what she was after, it was too late and she broke up with him. She was never loyal but he always was. He deserves better but he'll never see it.
It was about that time for Jade to leave but she was tired as hell. Her whole body ached from the night before and she had to drive home after 11.
G ordered her favorite food so that didn't help either, she ate so much that sleep was taking over her body.
Mason was already asleep upstairs in his room that was bigger than her whole apartment. Jade put all her things in her bag and slipped on her shoes.
She saw that G was knocked out on the couch with the remote in hand. Jade cleaned up and left a little note on the kitchen fridge for when he woke up.
With her keys in hand, she quietly opened the door and creeped out. As she was leaving she saw a white BMW pull up in his driveway and a pretty, voluptuous blonde stepped out.
Jade rolled her eyes and continued on her way home. 'Wouldn't want to get in the way of his booty call'
