"So the baby comes today. Uh Dani has to be in rehab until she's deemed fit to care for herself and support a child" G smiled at Mason.
"I don't think you should leave just yet. Actually I've been meaning to ask you to like take a break from... "running" such a risky business. We still don't know the fate of Dani. She doesn't even know who the father of her own baby is."
"Jade you can't just ask me to give up what I've been doing for years."
"So this is what you want to be doing for the rest of your life? You haven't been here to see your son grow. I want you to be here instead of leaving so much"
He got up and took her hand in his, "It's not that easy" he dropped her hand down to her side.
"I'm going to see Dani"

G arrived at the secluded building where Dani was going to be. He grabbed the envelope in the passenger seat and made his way in.
The middle aged woman greeted him at the front seat with a straight lined smile. He nodded back and looked around.
It was all neutral, gray and white walls. Plain white chairs and deep brown tables pulling them together.
There was only 2 windows and it was a very closed off space.
"How can I help you sir?" She stared at him intently and he couldn't say anything back.
"Uhm sir if you don't wish to speak then I'm going to have to ask you to leave. This is a private residency and private property"
He bounced back to reality and smiled, "in here to see Danielle Smith"
"She was just admitted two days ago and isn't accepting visits from friends right now"
He nodded, "yes but I have both of her children in my care and I would really like to see her"
She sighed and typed something into her computer quickly.
"Please follow me" he held the envelope in his hand tightly and followed her down the long empty hall.
He heard every click of the woman's heels and every cricket.
"She's in here. You are allowed 15 and then you will have to leave and follow the regular visitation schedule"
He thanked her and walked into the room.
He wasn't schooled by what he saw on the other side. A plain room with one bed a closet and desk.
Dani however wasn't looking good either, her eyes were blank and faded. The bags under her eyes were gray and dull, her hair stringy and thin. Her skin practically gray like the walls.
"What're you doing here?" She rolled her eyes and looked away.
"Come, come sit and let's talk"
She slowly rises out of bed and drags her feet while walking over to him. "So I brought you some pictures of your kids to keep you motivated.."
She looked at him and looked at the pictures of Mason. "Okay"
"I was also talking with Exavier and he said he slept with you. More than once... I find it funny that you don't know who the father is when he says it's him. I also find it very funny that Isabella and Mason looks exactly alike but I haven't seen in in along time...so we were never together"
He moved closer in the chair and slid documents out of the envelope. "So I got suspicious and when Jade brought up the fact that Mason looked nothing like me I got curious. I did a DNA test Dani...Masons not mine"
