"Do you ever actually spend time with your son? His mom isn't really in his life anymore so I was just wondering"
His jaw clenched and Jade noticed that whenever she brought Mason's mom up he got tense. "Why is this what your thinking about right now? Don't you have a boyfriend or something like that?"
She decided to fire back, "Doesn't Mason have a mom that can take care of him? It takes two to make a baby"
G grabbed her arm and turned her body around so she could face him. "That's my business and my business only. You worry about yourself and making sure that my son is safe. His mothers whereabouts definitely don't concern you. You're not needed here anymore." Jade frowned but listened to him anyways. She was out the door and in her car in 10 minutes.
She was beyond frustrated. Why won't he just open up and tell him about his baby momma.
'Maybe it was just a bad break up and your pressuring him about it' Jade emitted a sigh when she realized that was the reason.
Her phone rang breaking her thoughts, she stopped at the red light and answered, "Hello?"
Suddenly her best friends loud voice blared through the speakers.
"I love how you just threw me away like that! You haven't texted me, called, you haven't even been home...so who is he?"
She was silent, she hated when she didn't tell her the "important" things she wants to know.
"No one really, just some guy who's paying me to babysit his kid" She left out the whole drug dealer part because knowing her she would ask Jade if she had anything for her.
"Hoe, how much is he paying you because I haven't seen you at the club in awhile. Must be a baller....are you doing him? Does he have a big dick? Is it like an affair"
The questions just kept flying out of her mouth and Jade couldn't keep up with them.
"No! None of the crazy assumptions your making up in your head are true. I'm not sleeping with him, I wish I was tho"
Aliyah let out a loud scream, "how fine is he? And once again is it big or not?"
"He's beyond fine, and i only saw it once no details tho. Too much to explain."
Jade heard a sigh come from the other line. "So your telling me that you haven't tried to jump him not once? Tell me you've at least did a lil flirting or something."
"He has a kid and he won't even tell me about his baby momma, he has late night booty calls, he won't give me the time of day so I don't even try." Jade replied.
"Let's go out tonight, get dressed in something sexy and just go out to eat then go to the club, I'm paying"
Jade couldn't refuse that offer. She needed something to get her mind of things.
"Let's do it"
