"Dani's in the hospital? Pregnant Dani? Masons mother!"
G slammed his hands on the wheels at the red light, "Yes Jade! Dani overdosed...the baby Jade...I was always worried about her but I didn't think she would take it this far"
Jade reached over and rubbed his back, she knew that he still had emotional ties to her, I mean she is his sons mother and they had a whole life together.
"I'm sorry..." she heard the sobs come from him and saw the tears slip down his cheeks, "Baby... G please don't cry."
"Well what should I do Jade? Im realizing that what I do for a living is slowly killing people.." he pulled himself together and Jade wiped the tears away from his eyes, "I promise that I'll help you get through this."
He kissed her lips softly and hugged her.
When they got to the hospital G rushed through halls with the nurse while Jade waited in the waiting room. He didn't come back for hours and she started to get worried.
"Excuse me" the nurse looked up with tired eyes and an annoyed smile, "Yes are you here to check in?"
"Uh no a friend of mine was admitted earlier, Dani"
She began to type in her computer and looked back at Jade, "last name?" Jade looked away and pulled her bottom lip between her lips.
"Yeah I don't have that.."
"I'm sorry miss, we can't give out private information without consent or proof that you are family"
"Okay thank you"
She sat back down and rested her head back on the wall, "Jade..." she felt a hand on her leg, she yawned and rubbed her eyes.
"Hm?" She slowly opened her eyes and saw G's smiling face. She felt a weight lift off her shoulders and he pulled her in closer, wrapping his arms around her.
"The baby just needs some time in the hospital to get better, and bigger. He weighed only four pounds. Dani was underweight to begin with so she'll need time to recover too. And rehab is needed also"
All of this was crashing around her again, "So what going to happen to the baby when she leaves"
"I guess I'm going to have to take care of her until she gets better"
Jade jumped in excitement, "Its a girl?" He nodded and she calmed down, "I've always wanted a baby girl"
He took her hand in his and kissed them, "Don't worry my princess, you will have as many little babies and be the best mother. I mean you are going to have to help me take care of the baby."
She sighed and smiled, "Great..."
"I have to come back tomorrow and check up on her again. C'mon, time to go back home"

So yeah reason I've been gone, I always have an excuse and it's not the best but this time it was serious. First during April I had finals/testing all month, I didn't have much time after school to update. Then I had to go to the hospital, I went on Tuesday had x-rays, then I had my last day of testing in school. Wednesday I had to go back again and was there for 2-4 hours. I had to stay in bed all day and couldn't move much. Today I am still recovering well and doing so much better. Thank you for all of you that stuck around. I know this is a lot of information to share but I love you guys and you deserve to know where I've been for another month. Now that exams are over I will have some more free time on my hands and I will try so hard to update a lot more for you guys.
