"You are way too good," she said to me.
"Way too good?" I asked, raising my eyebrow...

"You girls are so complicated," I heard Justin say and I looked up from my textbook and turned my head to his direction to look at him.
It was sunday afternoon and I had nothing better to do than to write some essays for college. I definitely had so many other ways to spend this day but since I had been slacking lately in college I decided that I was going to sacrifice my sunday afternoon get some work done.
Juliana had not been at home this weekend because she went visiting her parents and because I didn't want to be all alone all day, I had asked Justin if I could work at his place and he was okay with it so here I was writing the second essay out of three I had to write.
Justin had been sitting on his bed all this time, trying to be quite so I could finish my essays in peace but now that he had said this statement, I couldn't help but wonder where this sudden thought came from and stopped with my essay for a moment. "Why?"
"I've been talking to one of those girls I got the number of the other day and she stays complaining." Justin told me, frustration written all over his face. "Like, she had something going on and was complaining about it and I tried to help and then she complained about me helping because apparently I didn't know shït. Then I wasn't saying much about it and she complained that I wasn't saying anything."
"Justin getting it with the girls," I said as I wiggled my eyebrows to taunt him a little.
"Not really," he snorted and shook his head.
"Well, then just cut her off," I suggested and shrugged my shoulders, secretly being very fond of this idea.
It was not that I didn't want him to talk to other girls, he really should to open up a little but there was still something that was lowkey annoying me when he was talking about other females. I wouldn't say that it was jealousy but I didn't quite know what that was.
"I'm seriously about to. She's giving me a headache kind of," Justin replied as he rubbed his temples and I laughed quietly. "And I don't know sometimes she acts like she wants to get to know me and then she doesn't, it's so confusing. I just don't know what to do to make it all right," he sighed, running his hand through his brown locks.
Tilting my head to the side a little, I pouted my bottom lip, feeling sorry for Justin. He really had no idea how confusing girls could actually be and how stressful it could be with us sometimes but he wanted to get familiar with girls so he had to ge through it all.
"Let me give you a tip. Sometimes you just have to be cold and act like you don't care, that's when you gonna make them want you," I told him and he listened to me attentively. "Look at Amir, he is the coldest and all the girls are still behind him," I added. I was sure that his looks had a lot to do with the fact that girls wanted him but his attitude definitely played a big part too.
