A/N: a sketch I did of Mattias and John.
One fine Friday afternoon, we were driving up to Towonder City in the mountains for a swimming carnival. As we went along the highway, we saw a little farm.
Out the front there was a sign that announced they sold milk, and mum wanted to buy some, so we drove up to the house, and the farmer came out to meet us from one of the barns.
His two sons came out as well and stood around, and us kids eyed each other off to see if we could be friends.
Soon mum went inside and started talking with the farmer and his wife. The two boys, as far as I could see, were about our age. The first boy was a year older than me, and the other boy was the same age as Mark, my younger brother. They were typical sturdy country boys - stocky and strong, with plain brown hair and tanned skin from hard work in the sun.
The older boy was introduced as Mattias, and the younger one as John. They had an even younger brother too, with red hair, who was two years older than my twin brothers, but very short and stocky for his age. As soon as we came into the kitchen, he disappeared quickly out the back door to play somwhere else.
The farmer's wife was in the big kitchen, baking (and talking). Mattias and John had gotten a letter, which they rudely read while Mark and I stood around akwardly.
When John had finished, he began talking to Mark, and soon they were having a lively conversation together. Mattias however, was standing opposite to me with the envolope in his hand, wondering whether he'd be bothered to talk to a girl.
AN: Hi guys, so this is already written - I will be just typing it up out of my notebook, so this means it won't make me have to think before I write, and I'll just put this up pretty quickly.
However.....I STILL really love reading your comments and seeing what you guys think of this as you read it, so PLEASE comment and say whatever you like! XD
Enjoy the read!
