Country Dream [Completed ✅]

The Last Chapter.

With a start, I woke up, sobbing my heart out, and looked around my little bedroom. It was all the same as before I had gone to sleep, and I realised, in shock, that it was all a dream.

Mattias, John, Mrs Delton, and the farm were all make-believe, and I would never see them again.

I couldn't believe it, and, now fully realising what I'd lost, lay down on my already wet pillow, and burst out into a fresh flow of tears. I was heart-broken.

Mattias wasn't even real. He had only ever been a dream.

I cried myself to sleep that night. No matter what happened, I knew I'd never be able to truly love anyone else quite like him......Mattias, my dream boy, had completely stolen my heart.

A/N:

Sorry guys.....about the ending. I know you're going to hate me for this, but no, I won't change it. This book was actually written from my own dream, although I have taken a lot of creative licence with it. I only originally dreamed the very first part, up to the flood, and from there I've obviously taken it much further than it originally went!

(And for your info, NO, I did not wake up crying - I actually thought it was the most cutest romance ever, which is why I hastily wrote it all down in the morning! XD)

The best I can promise you all is that yes, I will make a sequel - in fact, I'm already at work on it, although I'm having trouble with a rather shabby storyline, so it may be a while coming out. And the only characters I can assure you all of being in the second book is Lizzy, Kat, Iris, and possibly Nathan......and a new boy, Christian (?).

The new book WILL be in Lizzy's real life, this time - and I won't make you hate me again by wrecking the story again....XD!
