Jamies POV:

After spending the whole day arguing with myself as to whether I should go to the beach party or not tonight, I finally decided it was either now or never. Yesterday I went by Harrys place to try talk ot him about the... current situation but again he wasn't there. Louis invited me in for some tea which I kindly accepted though I quickly excused myself as soon as he started saying that I was acting weird. He is such an approachable guy that I almost blurt out the reason why I needed to talk to Harry so badly but instead I bit my tongue and left. I have no idea if Harrys going to be there tonight, nor does anyone else by the sounds of it, and since he hasn't been returning my calls for the past few days I'm thinking tonight is probably the most likely place I'll see him.

There were what seemed like close to a hundred cars parked along the seaside though I should of expected that much after the way Louis was talking about it. I end up finding a spot at least 60 metres away from where I can see a bonfire surrounded by a huge amount of people sitting around or dancing to feel good summer music. Before I lock the door I grab my large cardi as the cold wind from the sea makes it's way up the beach. I walk down the sand dune and onto the beach, taking my jandals off straight away so I can feel the sand beneath my feet. The sand is cold as the sun no longer heats it since night has come and I'm glad as my nerves start to heat my body. As I get closer I notice that everyone is dressed in beautiful beach clothes and I immediately feel under dressed in my plain white singlet, denim shorts and black cardi. Though, I don't mind too much as I'm not here to party with my friends tonight. The only reason I am here is to talk to Harry.

"Hey Jamie you came!" Zayn smiles giving me a huge hug which I happily welcome.

Zayn and Lauren are the only two people who know what's going on and they've been giving me so much support since day one of the news. I've been over there a lot lately, either happy as can be and ignoring reality or pouring my eyes out on both of their shoulders to which they kindly let me lean on.

"Yeah. Have you seen Harry?" I ask getting straight to the point.

I feel like I've been carrying this burdon around with me forever and I need to get it out. I need to know if he is with me on this or not.

"Yes he is! I just saw him walking off towards the wharf about 5 minutes ago" Zayn says pointing to the long black shadow that runs out into the water.

"Thanks. I'll catch up with you later" I say not wasting anymore time.

"Good luck" he calls after me and I turn to see his encouraging small smile.

I would love to say hello to Lauren and everyone else but I can't waste anymore time. I walk as fast as my feet can take me, wrapping my arms around myself as the wind continues to hit, making my long blonde hair whip against my face. As I near closer, I see a figure standing almost halfway down, leaning against the rail with their back towards me as they face the moon. It's Harry. I can tell by his stance and curly hair that is also whipping around in the wind that it is him. I walk up the stairs and onto the wooden platform, slowing my pace as I near him though he doesn't notice me.

"Harry" I say quietly though he turns immediately, hearing my soft voice over the crashing waves.

He frowns when he sees it's me and starts to walk down to the end of the wharf.

"Harry wait!" I say louder, running after him and catching his arm.

He stops, looking down at my small hand wrapped around his forearm, his green eyes still hidden beneath his dark frowning eyebrows. He removes his arm from my hands but still doesn't look at me.

"Harry I really need to talk to you" I say and he shakes his head in response though he doesn't walk away.

"I've been trying to call you for days now but-"

"I know" he intterupts me in a low muffled voice.

"So why didn't you call me back?" I ask, hurt by his refusal to even want to talk to me, "From what I remember you hurt me Harry"

He briefly squeezes his eyes shut as if he's in pain and plants his hands deep inside his black jean pockets. I desperately want to close the distance between us though I feel if I tried he would run.

"I had nothing to say" he shrugs with out making eye contact with me.

"Harry please, I can see something is bothering you. Just tell me what and maybe I can help I-"

"No! Don't you get it Jamie? I don't want you!" he practically shouts at me, and I take a step back, a large tear rolling down my cheek as my worst fears suddenly become reality. He goes from muttering a few words to me to a full blown growl and Im immediately reminded of the anger he held towards me that first night at Zayns.

Tell him now.

"Harry.. I-I umm.." I start to studder as I can barely let the words escape my lips even though I've been dying to let it out for days. Now that's it's come to it I'm afraid of what he will do, what he will say. He just told me he didn't want me, so would he abandoned his own child too...

"Harry I'm-"

"What the fuck is this!" I hear the oh so familiar voice intterupt from behind me and I don't need to turn around to know it's Olivia.

"Nothing. Let's go" Harry says stepping around me to Olivia and I remain facing away from them, not wanting to watch as they walk off hand in hand into their happily ever after while I stand here alone, clutching at my stomach that has a small Harry growing inside.

"No!" Olivia refuses much to my surprise, "I want to know what you and this little whore were doing out here alone!"

"I just wanted to have a word with Harry that's all" I answer quietly, turning around to find her seething at my very existence..

"And why the fuck do you think Harry would want to talk to you?" She says stepping closer to me until my back is pushed hard against the wooden barrier that stop people from falling though it's not very high.

"He doesn't. I know that now" I say outloud, the realization hitting me just as hard as it did when Harry said it. I keep my eyes low, looking at the etches in the wooden planks as I don't want to look into the eyes of the boy I once had hope for.

"Of course he doesn't. Who would ever want a skanky little barbie like you" she says less than a metre away from me now.

"Olivia leave her" Harry almost growls as he steps closer to us.

"Fuck off Harry" she spits as he tries to come between us. She tries to push him away but he stands his ground.

"Don't talk to him like that" I defend though I have no idea why. My love for Harry runs deep and thick and even though he doesn't love me as a friend anymore, I still feel as though I need to protect my lost little boy.

"Excuse me? I can talk to him how ever the fuck I want!" she screams and before I know it she's pushed passed Harry and is lurching towards me.

Her long nails scratch down the left side of my face and I immediately retaliate by pushing her to the ground making her head snap back against the wood. My dad always told me to never go looking for trouble but if trouble happened to find me first I better 'make damn sure that bitch remembers you'. And so with that in mind I pull my fist back ready to make a full blow against her pale white cheek but she all of a sudden wraps her legs around me and rolls me so I'm now flat on my back and she is on top.

"Get off!" I hear Harry yell but Olivia doesn't move. Instead she begins clawing away at my face again, pulling at my hair and banging my head against the hard floor.

I quickly cover my face with my arms as she continues to assult me, her nails every so often making contact with my face but mostly my arms. Just as she pulls my left hand away from my face, my right fist lands a solid punch across her face, making her topple off me as she now lies on the ground.

I want to hit her again so I can release all the anger built up inside me though when I try to sit up my head throbs from the blows Olivia inflicted on me.

"Are you crazy!" Harry shouts stepping between the two of us though I don't know who he's talking to specifically. His dark eyes are intently looking at me with worry as I hold my head in pain.

"What the fuck!" I hear Zayns voice say and I turn my head to find him running up the wharf with Lauren and Louis following close behind.

"What the fuck happened?" he says bending down to my aid straight away while Harry remains watching me from above.

I remain lying down as I try to regain my breath, letting the cold air fill my lungs, making me cool down once more though I can still feel the adrenaline pumping fast through my veins.

I look across to Olivia as she slowly stands her feet though Harry is not helping her in anyways but instead stands his ground between the two of us.

"What's this?" Olivia smiles at me, her right eye already swollen and beginning to bruise.

It takes a few seconds for me to focus on the shiny item she is holding though I instantly recognize what she has in her hand.

I look down and feel my now empty wrist that once wore my bracelet that my dad gave me. It was a cheesy gift but it meant a lot to my dad and so it meant a lot to me.

"Give it back" my voice shakes as I stumble back up to my feet, Zayn helping as I do so.

Her face turns into a sadistic cheshire cat like smirk and I can tell she's not going to play easy.

"Please" I beg taking a step closer to her but she takes a step back immediately.

"I think I like it" she teases holding it up in front of her face, taking a good look at it with her one good eye.

"Give it to her Olivia" Harry says stepping towards her too.

"No! Why should I? That bitch just punched me in the face!" She says taking a side step closer to the railing.

"For fucks sake Olivia just give her the bracelet" Louis says from behind me and I can hear the clear disgust for her in his voice.

"Please I'll do anything" I beg, wanting to drop to my knees beneath her as I don't want to see my fathers precious gift remain in the hands of that evil cow.

"All I want you to do is stay the fuck away from Harry" she says with harsh features, all signs of humor now lost.

"Yes I promise I won't go near him or talk to him ever again!" I agree easily as I now know he doesn't want anything to do with me.

My eyes remain fixated on the gold hanging bracelet that she grips tightly in her longer frale hand.

"Good" she says and takes a step towards me, her hand out stretched to hand me back the bracelet.

Just as I'm about to take it, she suddenly turns towards the moon and throws the bracelet as far as she can.

"Nooo!!!!" I scream, running to the railing now as I watch it drop into the dark black water. My most special gift from my father now sinking to the bottom of the sea as I watch helplessly from the side.

"You fucking bitch!" I scream and hurtle towards her though I'm quickly stopped by large hands holding me back.

"Get off me!!!" I scream as the arms wrap around me tightly, letting Olivia watch me with a clear smirk on her face.

"Stop" Harrys low voice says into my ear as he pulls me closer.

"Don't fucking touch me!" I say releasing myself from his grip, Lauren rushing to my side once I'm free of him. She wraps her arms around me and I immediately begin sobbing.

If there was one time I would want to go looking for trouble it was now. But no. Harry has to step and stop me from ripping all of that bitches crowe black hair out. He knows how much that bracelet means to me yet here is defending her as if I'm the crazy one.

"C'mon babe, we're done here" Olivia looks at me as she speaks to Harry who stares at me with a concerned expression.

He hesistantly takes a step forward and I pull back, making Lauren step with me. He looks hurt by my actions. As if I am rejecting his offer of aid. but he can't help me anymore. I know his choice and she is standing not too far from him, dangling her relationship right in front of me cause she knows he's hers and not mine.

"Harry!" Olivia screams again and Harry nervously bites his lip.

He looks at me one last time and I manage to see a small tear in the corner of his left eye just before he turns away and follows after Olivia.

I now stand with Lauren, Zayn and Louis checking to see if I'm OK. Pushing my hair back away from my eyes, readjusting my clothes that are slightly torn, checking the long scratch that I can feel down my face and trying to gain my attention by asking me 'what happened?' and 'are you ok?' though I'm barely registering any of it as I watch the now distant figures near the beginning of the wharf.

They soon dissapear onto the road and although I am surrounded by friends I feel as though I am the only one here.

I and this little thing are the only one standing in the cold darkness of the night.

We are alone.
