~*~ An Announcement to Make (Pt.8)
"Did you just see what I just saw, hyung?" Himchan asked Yongguk who was seated next to him.
"Yes and we're not going to say anything about it," Yongguk said, looking sternly at Himchan who was visibly quaking with excitement. When Himchan looked like he was going to protest, Yongguk arched his eyebrow and Himchan snapped his mouth shut. "We don't want Zelo to feel uncomfortable. He will tell us when he feels ready. Don't let him know we witnessed his first kiss."
Himchan nodded his head to Yongguk's words. He was right as always. Himchan was just glad Zelo had finally gotten over his aversion to skin ship and was being so affectionate with this girl. It would be a pity they would be leaving her so soon. He'd always wanted a younger sister...
"We'll be landing at SFO within ten minutes so please, fasten your seat belts and get ready to descend." The flight attendant said, buckling herself into her own seat.
Becky wasn't ready for the flight to be over. It seemed as though it had flown by, no pun intended, while she and Zelo held hands and listened to his iPod. Zelo put his iPod back in his bag now that they were landing and he took his hat off, turning it around backwards and placing it on Becky's head.
She giggled, a blush rising on her cheeks. "What are you doing, Oppa?" Their hands were still intertwined and Becky squeezed his hand as she could feel the plane descending from the sky.
"When we land, there are going to be a lot of fans there to greet us and take pictures. Whatever you do, please don't let go of this hand," Zelo pointed at his hand that held Becky's. "It's going to be very loud and very crowded but I'll keep you safe."
Becky nodded her head in understanding, her throat already beginning to close up at the thought of people all around her. "I know you will."
"Promise me you won't let go of my hand, Becky. No matter what, you can't let go of my hand." Zelo's eyes flashed with a seriousness she'd never seen before.
"I promise." He scanned her eyes and seemed pleased with what he found there. He placed another feather light kiss to her temple and it made Becky's cheeks brighten again.
As soon as the plane landed, all of the B.A.P members and Becky were up out of their seats, hitching their bags onto their shoulders and covering their faces with hats, sunglasses and masks.
Becky, noticing the other boys, tried to give Zelo his hat back but he denied it, pulling a spare from his bag. "I never carry just one." Becky pulled her own sunglasses from her bag and put them on to cover her eyes. "Remember, keep a hold of my hand. Just hold on tight, follow me, and keep your head down."
Becky nodded her head, thinking she was ready for the onslaught of screaming girls, unknowing of just how unprepared she really was.
As soon as they set foot out of the hallway that led from the plane to the airport, a group of security personnel surrounded them. None of them mentioned Becky which she was thankful for but the feeling only lasted for a second before she heard the screaming.
"Don't let go," Zelo whispered again as they walked closer towards where the fans were waiting in the baggage claim area. The security guards already seemed to have gathered the luggage, including Becky's, and loaded it into the vans that she could see waiting outside.
The fans pressed against the guards, trying to get close enough to the boys. There were camera flashes blinding them and she was thankful for her sunglasses. People were yelling the names of each of the boys and a few shouts of, "Who is that girl?" "She's touching Zelo!" "Oppa! Naekkeoya!"
