Lia's POV
"what why?" Liv asked. I began pouring my heart to her and she sighed.

"don't think the worse okay?" she said. She continued trying to reassure me, but something just didn't feel right.

"talk to him.. okay?" she asked

"fine.. love you" i said before ending the call. When Jack got out the shower, I was sitting on the bed. I was staring at my hands and he put some boxers and sweats on and sat next to me.

"what's wrong.."

"who is she.." i whispered. A quizzical look flashed on his face. His eyes then grew wide

"Lia no.. you don't understand.." He said. I shook my head and tears continued to fall.

"I saw her texting you... Just break up with me then Jack why am I still here.." I asked. He stood in front of me and tried grabbing my face but I pulled away from him.

"you don't.. understand okay? I can't tell you but i promise I'm not cheating..." I shook my head, because I knew that's exactly what it was, he just didn't wanna tell me.

"just.. leave me alone." I said pulling away from him and laying down.

"Lia.."

"Jack i wanna be left alone" I snapped. He sighed and grabbed his phone and made his way to the living room. A few more tears fell and I heard his voice from in the hall. I basically cried myself to sleep.

The next morning, I woke up to a note next to my bed.
"I have a car outside waiting for you. We're gonna play a game. I love you ❤️ " I sighed and got ready. I decided to get extra cute today, mostly because my face was really puffy so I needed to cover it. When I got in the car, the driver greeted me and handed me a paper. I read it and it said
'the first clue, is going to be inside a store. it has four legs" We got to a furniture store and I walked inside and looked around. I saw a marble table, and saw a note matching the one I had. I read it, and the drive drove me to the next spot, which was the pet store. The second clue said "this is the second clue, and this one has four legs too!" and the note was attatched to a puppy. The game continued on, to a salon. I walked in and the lady seemed to know exactly who I was once I walked in. She gave me a whole package, acrylics, a massage, my hair and even re did my makeup. It was a high end salon so I was honestly not complaining. After this I ended up at a couture store. The woman dressed me in a nude dress and heels and even threw jewelry in. I was honestly so confused, but this game continued all day. I even got a expensive lunch and stuff, and I ended up treating my driver, because I knew he had to be hungry. What the hell was Jack planning. We pulled up to a little beach that had a nice cliff next to it. The sun was beginning to set and I walked onto the beach. Jack was no where in sight.

"great.." I mumbled. I took my heels off, and began walking along the shore line. Slowly but surely I began seeing white little flowers along the shoreline. I got confused immediately, but saw some bushes near by so thought nothing of it. I kept following the flowers, and they seemed to grow in size. I kept following them, and eventually there were a bunch of them everywhere. I looked up, and saw candles too, and I saw Jack. He had a hair cut (finally it had been forever) He was wearing a white fitted button down, with the top unbuttoned of course, because it was Jack. He was wearing khaki skinnies, and white sneakers.

"what was the point of the whole game?" I asked. He smiled slightly and shrugged

"wanted to send you around for a little to buy me some time."

"mmmm time for what? to text-" I started but he covered my mouth with his hand

"no. not to text any bitches. Stop thinking I'm cheating on you... I'm not.." he said. I sighed and looked at my feet but he made me look up. I held onto his shoulder as I cleaned my feet off and placed my heels back on my feet. Out of the corner of my eye I could see a guy but paid no mind to him.

"What's going on Jack.." I asked. His smile on his face grew.

"I have been in love with you, since I met you. At first, i didn't know what it was. I knew I couldn't have you, so acted up.. But it's ironically always been you. You're stubborn, you're funny.. you're beautiful.. you're perfect.. and you're mine.. I still can't believe it. So yes, I may have been acting weird lately, but it's not cause I'm cheating on you. I sent you on this whole game today, not to cheat on you or text girls. I wanted to get some time to be able to set this up. I ironically knew you well enough to know you would walk along the shoreline.. I knew you would follow the flowers, simply because you're you.. I wanted to buy time.. Tome to.. well.. do this" He said. My heart began racing because we both knew what he was about to do. He let go of my waist, and reached into his pocket. He pulled a small ring box, and got on one knee, ruining his pants. He slowly opened the box, and inside was one of the honestly most beautiful rings I had ever seen in my life. He grabbed my hand and smiled up at me. With my free hand I covered my mouth. I began hearing clicking and realized that the guy was a photographer that Jack probably hired.

"Baby.. will you marry me."
