You Don't Feel the Same

I won't tell you how I feel
Because I know for real
That you don't feel the same way
No matter what I can do or say
You act like its all fine
That I'm obsessed and wishing you were mine
You know how I feel I know
I carry hope with me everywhere I go
Smile every time you come around
Basking in the happiness I've found
And the shiver
Only you can deliver
You're kind but capable of hurting me
And leaving me so obviously feeling strongly does you see
I can't find a way to be alone
You're still with me even though I've grown
In my head you take my hand and steal my heart
But in life we'll never get to that part
Because you don't feel that way
When you're giving me the time of day
How foolish I was to fall
When you don't want to answer the call
But you won't tell me you don't feel like I do
I think you're leaving me hanging for whenever it's convenient for you
