Devon
I was chilling in my father's drug corner, A.K.A Papis corner store. When this HOT red boned girl walks in, I had to get her number before she left. She looked at me smiling, damn I swear this girl ass was out of this world for real and I was determined to get her, shid this might just be my girl. I didn't know if I should walk over to her and say anything. What if she was one of those stuck up, rude ass girls? Hell nah, I hate facing rejection sometimes by a fine ass girl.
I tried forgetting about all the negative shit. I'm not a weak ass nigga and whatever I want I set out and get it and I wanted her, so I approached her....
Alicia
I was upset at my father for taking Quincy's side; I didn't ask to be in this drug game or to sleep around with men. How could he just use me like that? I could feel the tears coming, I quickly stopped thinking about it because TEARS MEANT WEAK, another stupid lesson my father taught me!
I threw my lamp across the room, then crawled onto my bed and went to sleep.
When I woke up I had a pounding headache, I took some pills and went downstairs. Unfortunately I walked straight into my father. I rolled my eyes at him and continued down the steps.
"Don't forget who your father is Alicia, this is all out of love baby girl trust me! I got your back through thick and thin..."
My dad was saying our motto; I finished it by saying, "through the stormy winds well live on through each other... Blood is what we share."
I ran back up the stairs & gave him a hug. "I love you daddy but it's not fair I'm ruining my reputation to give you a good one."
"I'm sorry baby girl but this is life, I'll try and go get some of your hoeish cousin to take some of the non- important niggas but you have to sleep with the main important ones!"
"That's cool with me daddy, and by the way I'm fucking with Devon if you like or not I don't care."
"Go ahead Alicia, just don't go around fire expecting not to sweat, & if anything goes bad I'm not helping you out because I warned your black ass now get your ass to school, I have business to do!"
I thought about what my father said about the fire thing and I made up my mind that Devon is just worth it.
I went down to Quincy's floor and got myself a fruit bar and a red bull. I then knocked on his office door. I walked in when I heard no response; I see this dummy knocked out on his desk.
"WAKE UP STUPID!" I yell in his ear. I haven't seen someone jump up so fast.
"What's wrong with you Alicia?" he said.
"Don't ask no questions, get up & get dressed so you can take me to school!"
