Ken was watching her. Helplessly.
Tears streaming down her eyes, but he couldn't wipe them away. He couldn't wrap his arms around her and tell her it would be okay. She would be okay.
The sight of her sobbing hard, broke his heart.
But she was the strongest woman he had ever met.
She had a beautiful smile that Ken adored and a strong lovely personality. He fell in love with her right away.
Now, he could see how her eyes became smaller as it was swollen and red. She was in a deep pain and it hurt him that he couldn't comfort her.
Even if Ken wrapped his arms around her, it would have no meaning. She wouldn't feel his sincere apologize or his true feelings toward her.
He wanted to tell her a lot. How much he loved her, how much she meant to him and how much he cherished her. She meant the world to him and he never wanted her to cry. But he knew she couldn't help it.
From far, a tall man approached her. His face was familiar, Ken recognized him right away. He was wearing a black suit, grief displayed on his feature. He was Ken's best friend, Jin. The person he trusted.
Y/N cried more when she caught the sight of Jin and right away she wrapped her arm around his neck. Jin hugged her tightly, tears making their way down his cheek.
"You have to be strong, Y/N." Jin said. His voice cracked.
"I can't believe it." Y/N cried, clinging on Jin hard. Neither of them wanted to let go. "I still feel him her. He passed away and left us alone, Jin."
Patting her back, Jin was the one who pulled away first. He went over to the cemetery and placed the white flower that was in his pocket before his friend's photo. Putting his hands together before him, Jin prayed for that he would be in a better place, that he would be happy wherever he was.
Ken smiled softly. Jin was really a loyal friend. Secretly Ken hoped that those two would never forget him. They meant a lot to him, they were the closest to his heart.
Jin turned to Y/N before pulling her under his arm. She leant on his chest, the tears weren't promising to stop. They both had the same expression, looking at the one they loved dearly. They couldn't believe they wouldn't see him again.
"Please take care of her, Jin." Ken said, his heart was crying before his eyes. "I'm sorry for hurting you both like this. Don't forget about me."
"We will never forget you." Jin said.
"I'm sorry. I couldn't tell you that I loved you, my friend." Y/N's breath hitched as a sob popped out of her lips. "I love you, Ken."
