Sometimes you came to wonder how you ended up dating someone like Mark. He gave the vibe of someone who would go out with a super-hot Victoria's secret model, but somehow he ended up going out with.

Looking at him from your seat, at one of the corners of the cafe, as he was making an order for the both of you, he looked dreamingly awesome. Sharp jawline, puppy eyes, full lips.

You couldn't help but to admire the way he stood confidently, the way he smiled, the way he kept glancing at you from time to time. When he did that, you would smile at him shyly.

It was amusing that Mark could make your heart beat fast, till this moment. After dating for 5 years, he knew how to make you blush like a high schooler, how to drive you crazy, how to make your heart skip a beat.

Sometimes, you would stay with yourself and think. Would you and Mark make it together till the end? Would the fate be cruel and separate the two of you? How would it be like being with Mark after 10 years?

You wondered a lot, but answers were always unfounded.

After getting the order, Mark walked back to your table as he placed your coffee in front of you, along with the cheesecake you had ordered.

"Hey, Y/N...." Mark called you, but you didn't answer. You looked as if you were in deep thoughts, staring blankly at the table. You didn't even flinch when he put the coffee and the cake in front of you. "Y/N?"

"Huh?" You looked up at him confused and he chuckled at your reaction finding it cute.

"What's with that fact?" He took the seat opposite to you, before sipping some of his coffee. You pouted, touching your face with your both hands.

"It's my face"

"What were you thinking about? You didn't even notice my presence."

"I was thinking about what could happen in the next 10 years." You told him as you reached for your coffee. You held it with both hands seeking for warmth. "Do you ever wonder what your future wife will be like? How your family is going to be?"

Mark looked at you for a moment, before saying. "Well, I want to have a big family. I want to have a lot of children, maybe 5 girls and 5 boys."

Your mouth dropped in a O shape as you nodded in shock. "That's a lot."

"Yeah, we will need to work hard for that."

You coughed, almost spitting your coffee as you heard the 'we' word. It almost felt like Mark was referring to you and him.

"We?"

"Yeah, we." He said, pointing at you then at him, making you blush deeply. You couldn't even look at him in the eyes.

"Will you be okay with that?"

"With-w-what?" You stuttered, taking a bite from your cheesecake. Trying to do anything other than looking at him.

"Being the pillar of my future family."

Mark didn't say it as a joke. When you met his eyes, you could tell how serious he was. You felt a strange feeling inside of you, like you wanted to cry, but it wasn't a situation when you could cry. Mark saw you there in his future. He saw you just like you saw him in there.

"Why wouldn't I be okay with that?" You smiled, biting your lips shyly.

"Y/N...."

"Yes."

"I'm asking you to marry me." You blinked many times, as Mark put a small velvet box in front of you.

He looked at you, before opening the box. You lost all kinds of words, suddenly you couldn't speak. You forgot how to speak. A while ago, you were scared that fate will bring you apart. Now, Mark was proposing to you.

"Will you marry me?"

Looking at the ring in disbelieve, the first thing you said was, "But ten kids is too much."

Mark smiled at your reply, suddenly feeling relaxed. He had been thinking of how he should propose to you. He was too nervous and scared that you would reject him. He never thought that you would be the one making it easier to propose.

"What about six?"

"No, still too much." You shook your head, before looking up at him.

"Three, then?"

"Two."

"Three, so no one will be lonely."

You looked at him with narrow eyes. "Did I say 'Yes', or not yet?"

Chuckling, Mark shook his head. "Not yet."

"Ask me again."

"Would you like to marry me?"

"No," For an instant, Mark's expression darkened. But soon it was replaced with a wide smile as you said. "I would love to marry you. So of course, yes."
