Namjoon realised his feelings when you stopped meeting up with you. He just simply missed you. He missed hanging out with you. It was hard to accept the distance you made because of his girlfriend.

That's when he realised he had feelings for you, more than just being his friend.

Trying to call you for the nth time, there was still no reply. You wouldn't take his calls.

Namjoon looked at the newest song, the both of you were working on. He could finish it by himself, but still he needed you to help him out. He needed you in many things than he could have imagined.

He simply missed your calls in the morning, checking if he woke up or not. He missed the small meals you brought for him in the middle of a hard tiring day. He missed your opinion on his songs.

More importantly, he missed your presence around.

Namjoon was in the dilemma that he no longer knew about his feelings. He was attracted to his girlfriend, but did he love here? Was he ready to lose you, for her?

Namjoon's girlfriend wasn't the first one. Actually, he never was in a serious relationship. He tried to run away from the idea that he might have feelings for you, so he dated a lot. Yet, you never had a boyfriend.

He didn't know that the reason you were still single was because of his feelings for him

A few minutes passed, his thoughts were in a mess, when his phone suddenly rang. Alerted, he checked his phone, expecting it to be you, only to get disappointed.

It was his girlfriend.

"Hey." He answered, tired from overthinking.

"Why do you sound so down? Are you okay?"

Namjoon nodded to himself, playing with the mug placed in front of him. "I'm okay. Just work. Did you need something?"

"We have a date today. Did you forget that?"

"Ah." Right, he was supposed to go out with her. She wanted to go shopping, he still didn't understand why she needed him with her. "About that..."

"You can't cancel this." Her voice showed that she was a little sad.

"I'm sorry. I have a lot of work and---"

"Whatever. You are always like this." Before he could say anything, she ended the call, leaving Namjoon speechless.

Sighing out of frustration, Namjoon threw the phone away. You weren't going to talk to him anyway.

"She still doesn't answer your calls?" Hoseok approached his friend, who was spacing out at the corner of the practice room.

Namjoon was sitting on the floor, with his back pressing on the wall. His eyes staring at the floor, when Hoseok took a seat beside him. He didn't look at him.

Draining with sweat from practicing, Namjoon looked as if his soul left his body. Slowly, he started to move his hands and put it on his lap, before nodding.

"Still"

"What happened between the two of you? Did you say something stupid?"

Namjoon nodded again. "I did."

"Your answers are too short. It must be serious."

Nodding again. "It is."

"Wow, hyung seemed to have lost his mind." Jungkook said, dropping beside Hoseok.

Namjoon heard him, but didn't say a word which confirmed the youngest's words.

"He lost his mind."

"I heard Y/N is going out with someone." Namjoon's head shot upward at Jimin's sudden words.

His eyes widened, and his mouth opened in a O shape.

Jimin's eyebrows met Namjoon's reactions. "You don't know, Hyung?"

"She is ignoring him." Hoseok answered for Namjoon.

"Did something happened between the two of you?"

"I told her to get a boyfriend." He finally answered them, making the rest of the guys frown in confusion.

"I'm sorry, what did you tell her?" Yoongi gave him a strange look as if he was disappointed at Namjoon. "Don't you know how she feels about you?"

"I didn't know." Namjoon groaned, pulling his legs to his body as he buried his face in his knees. "I thought I was just a friend. I didn't know."

"Idiot." Yoongi spat

"I thought you were smart." Taehyung murmured to himself.

"Hey, guys. Easy on him." Jin said, from the other end of the room. He was sitting on the ground soaked with sweat. "He has a girlfriend, anyway." He returned a look at Namjoon. "Why do you care if she has a boyfriend or not?"

"But Hyung. He is---" Jungkook was about to protest, but Namjoon cut him off.

"I love Y/N." Namjoon said and everyone's eyes popped open. Namjoon never spoke his feelings out, even though everyone knew his feelings about you. "That's why I care."

"And your girlfriend?" Jin insisted. He suddenly was against Namjoon that the members were confused.

"It's my own problem, Hyung." Namjoon stood up on his feet and Jin did the same.

"Then after you solve your own mess and problem, care about Y/N." Jin spat, putting the towel he was wiping his sweat with around his shoulder. "Until then, I will be taking care of her."

"What?" All members said at the same time.

"Y/N and I are dating"

Before Jin could explain anything, he took his things and left the practice room. All the boys were looking at each other in confusion, except one person. Namjoon was staring at the way Jin had disappeared in.

Jin knew Namjoon's feelings for you. He was the first one to point it out to Namjoon's face, yet he denied it. Now, he dated that girl. The girl who was ignoring him. The one he wished to have a second chance to confess his feeling.

Now he missed that 1% chance. She was taken already.
