Chapter 6
Jonathan's POV:
I could not believe I actually asked Amanda on a date. Well, actually it wasn't a date. What am I thinking? Like seriously, she is my cousin. Its just that when I was with her I felt something. I felt loved. Protected? The way she hugged me very tightly, it was just magical. I felt like I could stay there forever. Well, I was planning to take her to an Ice-cream shop. I was also planning to show her around town and present her to my friends. I bet Roxie will like her. Oh man, and I KNOW Drew is going to try and take her out. But that is impossible that is not going to happen. There is just no freaking way that I will let him take her out. Heck no! Ok ok ok calm down! You must remember who you are!
Anyways, I am going to Roxie's house to finish a project for Science class. There were two advantages that I always had by being Roxie's partner:
1: she has an older sister, Valeria, and she always makes this dessert that is really good. :p
2: Roxie made most of our work, and she didn't mind.
Those were two of the reasons that I liked being her partner. I was already on her front step. I was about to knock when Roxie opened the door and she was crying. She hugged me and I hugged her back. She grabbed my arm and started running away from her house. I heard her mom screaming something at her but Roxie kept running and crying. I just followed her. We got to a cafe and she cried a lot. I hugged her I was really worried about her. I finally had the heart to ask her " what happened?" She cried more and cursed.
