Chapter 20

Moni's POV

 I know a lot of you guys want to know, that exactly happened, while the girls were over, but there isn't much to say about.

Perrie and Eleanor are really sweet and nice and they both were pretty excited about my date with Luke.

“We've known him for quite some time now, but until you showed up, he didn't have any interest in girls. And I mean, there were lots. He always looked some kind of brokenhearted, when Harry or Mikey tried to convince him to go out with someone. He just mumbled something about 'There's only one I'd like to go out with', but he never did actually ask one of those girls out”, Eleanor told me, while she did my nails.

I felt a bit like Cinderella getting ready for the ball. Jules was doing my make-up, Jane my hair, El my nails and Perrie picked out my outfit. So I ended up with a high ponytail, a perfect light make up and I even wore something comfortable.

If you can count jeans, one of my basic t-shirts and jumper as comfortable. “Did he tell you something about where we are going, or are you just guessing?”, I finally asked them.

“Well, he texted me, that you should dress warm. And since it's November, that's actually nothing to worry about”, Jules smiled down at me. “Where do you think he's going to take you?”

“I don't have the slightest idea. Honestly. Maybe he's taking me out for dinner?”, I replied, but Perrie was the one answering me.

“In my opinion, he's going to do something special, since he waited damn long for that date.”

At that moment someone rang the doorbell. I got up, hoping it was Luke, cause he said he would pick me up at 7 and it was 5 minutes to seven.

I heard Jules talking to someone in the hall and made my way to the entry. Luke was standing there, a smirk plastered over his face, and a bunch of daisies in his hands.

“Moni, you look gorgeous. And those are for you”, he said, handing me the flowers.

“Where did you get them? It's nearly December and you buy daisies”, I giggled about that romantic move.

That was when I realized, that Luke didn't come over alone. Ashton was standing behind him, looking a bit uncomfortable about the whole situation.

“What are you doing here by the way?”, Jules asked him, before I could.

“Well, Calum and Michael decided to go bowling and I just didn't want to, so I came over to ask my lovely neighbor, if she would spend the evening chilling on the couch with me, since her roommate is on a date”, he answered her.

Oh god, is he cute. I totally ship Jashton. Don't you dare think I'm weird for thinking about that. It's just, that they would fit each other like puzzle pieces.

“Moni, ready to go?”, Luke snapped me out of my thoughts. I put my Converse on and followed him outside. All gentleman-like, he opened the door to the car, he probably borrowed, for me. Then he moved to the other side and got into the driving seat.

“Quick question. Am I allowed to ask where we are going?”, I smiled at him. He concentrated on driving, but he still replied to me.

“Of course you can. But to answer that, I will have to go a bit back into the past. Remember when we were about 14 and we were sitting in the tree house at your grandmother's place?”, he began and I nodded my head.
