A/N- Sorry that this one is shorter some...unplanned things happened yesterday and cut into my writing time/ability. Thursdays update will be normal length! Also, please leave me some feedback guys, with your comments I'm blindly writing with no reference if you guys want more humor or more drama and if there's things I need to better clarify in later chapters. Thanks dears!!
I lunged at Patrick first, but instead I was knocked sideways by Pete. As I started to attack Pete, I was interrupted by Patrick yelling at me at hitting me in the face.
With a yell I was able to throw Patrick off of me, but instead of going through the wall like a ghost normally would, I made it so he was a solid figure and actually broke through the wall, making our presence known to Tyler for the first time.
I made sure everyone's figures were solid and no longer translucent so Tyler could see everything going on, and hopefully be scared by it. That way I could get even more energy off of him. Tyler shot straight up in his bed, but didn't have time to do much else because I grabbed Josh and threw him at Tyler.
Josh's body collided with his, effectively knocking them both into the floor. As I walked over to where they were piled up on the floor, I could hear Josh trying to calm Tyler down.
Well that just won't do.
Grabbing Josh, I threw him once again making him knock down Pete and Patrick. While they were down, I grabbed Tyler by the front of his shirt and hauled him off the ground. Before I could even say a word to him, he fainted. He was no use to me like this, if he wasn't awake, he wasn't afraid.
"Pathetic," I hissed as I let Tyler's limp form fall back to the ground. Apparently, that really pissed off Josh.
"The only pathetic one in here is you! The only way you get your power is by preying on the weakest people you can find and creeping in the shadows, like a coward!" I turned to face him.
So, he didn't think I was being forward enough? That can be easily fixed.
"Oh, so you're tired of me sneaking around? Is that it?! Well, I can be much more forward if you like Joshy!" I answered as I ran forward. I let my inch and a half long nails embed into his abdomen before roughly yanking them out.
He started at me in shock and I returned his gaze with a smirk. But, he broke the tense atmosphere. He backhanded me across the face and spoke a single word.
"Bitch."
Before I had a chance to retaliate, I felt an arm try to wrap around my neck from behind, but before they could fully get their arm under my chin, I sunk my teeth into their arm.
Ugh, blood tastes so bad I could never be a vampire.
Blurry, focus!
I turned around and saw Pete clutching his arm, and before he could do anything else I sunk my nails deep into his torso and raked them sideways, effectively damaging him beyond repair.
Leaving his body, I made my way back over to Tyler but was blocked by fucking Josh doing his little magic trick. I was slamming myself against the wall in attempts to get through, but on my last try instead of just bouncing off the wall, I was shot backwards and created a hole in the wall right next to the one where I had thrown Patrick earlier.
Before I could pull myself off the ground, little Patrick was clambering through the hole in the wall. He ripped the red beanie off my head, grabbed a fistful of my hair, and began to pull my back into the bedroom. Pete was nowhere to be seen and Josh was leaning up against a wall, going pale from the wounds I gave him.
"You bastard!" Patrick shouted. "You called me a chipmunk earlier; well this fucking chipmunk is getting ready to beat your ass!"
Using my hair as leverage, he began to slam my head into the floor repeatedly while screaming profanities that I didn't think he even knew. This little guy is tougher than I thought. Time for Plan B.
