Luke's POV:

I'd released my newest album called Crash My Party the same week that Bo had been born. It's been about a month since then and I'd recently released my tour dates about a week or two ago.

The first actual date is about a week away but Kerri insist that I get a head start for bouncing back harder than I did last year. Especially because I'm sleep deprived from Bo and the band and I haven't gotten the set down to a t.

It'll suck not being able to spend my birthday with Carol. I fly out later tonight to Gilford, New Hampshire. Kerri decided that tonight was easier so the band and I we could get a longer practice time in, in the morning rather than me being groggy from the flight. Either way I'm still happy that I get to spend the rest of the day with Carol and Bobo.

I'd just gotten out of bed because Bo was screaming his head off. Speaking of his head, he's finally learned to hold it up. Anyways I went to go get him from his crib while Carol slept in because him waking her up every night is beginning to take a toll on her. I just shrug off her quick anger flashes knowing the cause.

On my way to Bo's room I grabbed this thing Carol uses to hold him when her arms get tired. I think it's called a Ergo Baby or Baby Ergo, hell I don't know. She says that I should use it some times, that's it's good for a skin to skin connection with him since I walk around shirtless all the time anyways.

I'd thought I'd try it out today, it was confusing at first since there's so many buckles and holes. I ended up getting it after about five minutes of struggling. By the time I'd actually figured the damn thing out Bo had calmed himself down and now was just cooing in his crib.

He loves babbling to himself in the morning when he doesn't wake up crying. I always see him on the monitor staring at his hands and talking to himself, it's actually really adorable.

Besides that, I picked him up and put him in the carrying thingy, he really seemed to enjoy it. Every minute or so I'd look down and see his big blue eyes staring back at me, I couldn't help but smile and laugh each time.

I never thought I could be this happy in my life, what's even more crazy is my happiness is something I created with the help of Caroline.

Carol's POV:

When I woke up this morning I felt refreshed and ready to go. It was almost as if I didn't wake up 4 times the night before. I rolled over in hopes of snuggling with Luke before Bo had woken up but the right side of the bed was empty.

I stretched out then sat up and looked around for any signs of him. I checked the baby monitor and Bo's crib was empty. Luke must've grabbed him early in the morning and let me sleep in.

I'd gotten up and shuffled downstairs to the delightful smell that had filled the air. The sight I saw was perfect, Luke was in his basketball shorts, shirtless with a sleepy Bo strapped to his chest flipping pancakes. I smiled and sat down at the bar area.

"Morning darlin'." Luke said turning around with a bright smile.

"Morning my handsomes." I smiled back at him. Bo's eyes lit up when he saw me almost as if he was beginning to recognize me, which is still pretty far fetched but cute.

"Here ya go beautiful. Warmed up the syrup and everything." Luke said sliding over a stack of pancakes with whip cream and strawberries on top before drizzling on maple syrup.

"Thank you babe, you didn't have to do that." I said giving him a morning kiss.

"It was Bobo's idea." Luke said placing his hands under Bo's small kicking feet and kissing his forehead.
