Fragments
He wrecks my mind,
And my body
Down the memory lane,
He still gives me feelings
That I can't sustain.
He's magic,
I don't want to bargain.
I still remember the touch of our lips,
A feeling that still exists.
When memories dwindle
And thoughts
Become a big foggy haze
You come back to me
In vivid details.
I can't shake the feeling
That I get
Love, lust and all that must,
You still make me choke
And the memories are broken,
Fragments
Of things
That'll never be.
And I'm still here,
Thinking,
What were we?
