Feeling empowered because of my snarky comment, I stalked away from Jason. I most definitely caught his eye. I was very well aware of my feet heavily pounding against the forest floor so loudly that even a deaf man could hear. I swung my hips seductively giving Jason a show, I was naked and I knew he'd be watching.
I was quite sure on where I would be heading, but I figured sneaky through quite streets and wooded areas to reach home would be my best bet. It wouldn't take to long to get home either.
Before entering my house I snuck into my shed where I held back up clothing for this type of situation. Looking through my old and worn out clothing, I settled on slipping on a loosely fitted dress and some knock around flip flops. Satisfied with my appearance I made way to my house. As soon as I stepped foot into my massive house my mother greeted me with her credit card shining.
"Here you go dear! You have been going above and beyond in school, so take this as a token of my appreciation!"
Normally when my mother talked, it was slow and graceful, but today was oddly different. She slurred her words out of her mouth as if she had been drinking and partying with the cast of Jersey Shore all day ( N/A: votes for Jersey Shore? one of my favorite shows! (: ). My mother only talked like a fool when she had been nervous, but glancing around the interior of my living room I found no reason for my mom to be so nervous.
"Uh thanks mom. Can I go change first?"
My mothers face dropped realizing a problem in her secretive scheme. Maybe her a dad were going to do the nasty? Gross, I thought, shaking my head. My mom's facial expressions gave away something that was hard to read, but it looked bad.
"Ummm...NO! You look great! Now hurry along! Don't be late for dinner!"
I desperately tried to shake the worrying feeling out of my head while I was cruising to the mall in my mom's Range Rover. Every time I drove her car, I would blast the radio. Her car had one of the best sound systems I had ever seen which often made me jealous.
I slid perfectly into a parking spot in the lot right across from Abercrombie & Fitch, figuring I would go there first. Every time you walk into Abercrombie & Fitch, you get bombarded with the insanely strong smell of perfume and cologne mixed through out the air. This time was no different. Every time I walked into my favorite store, I would cough and gag to the point where store employees would come over and make a huge ordeal asking if I was okay. Once again, today was no different. I quickly shoved off the overly friendly girl who was currently pestering me about my coughing fit. Sure she was being polite, but it was a little bit irritating. As soon as she stopped hovering over me, I headed to the racks to pick out some new outfits.
Grabbing a few pairs of jeans, some frilly tops, and a few flirty skirts, I made my way to the register. The cute boy who was working there offered me a stunning smile. I, of course, smiled back. After our few minutes of smile flirting; I said thank you, and was about to ask for his number, until I noticed the guy's ass he was staring at. Just my luck, he was gay.
Brushing of my disapointment, I left store with 3 full bags in my hand and a smile on my face. I had just enough time to make it to dinner without my parents freaking out at me. Speeding down the street, I raced to pull into my drive way feeling nervous because of my mothers unreadable mood.
I whipped open the door, looking around to see my parents chatting with another couple. I secretly snuck into the room, closer to the conversation.
"Are you sure It wouldn't be a bother?"
The women who looked around my mothers age asked kindly. I could tell she was a mother from her sweet tone.
"No bother at all! I'm sure our daughter would love to have a new room mate for a while! Especially when she learns he is a handsome boy!"
My mother replied cheerily. She is such a sucker sometimes.
"Who is staying with us?" I wondered out loud blowing my cover. I was staring directly at the couples seated at the marble table.
"Me."
None of the lips moved. The strange reply came from behind me, and caused I shiver in my ear.
