EMILY'S P.O.V.

I woke up the harsh sunlight seeping into my room. I take in the details of this room until vague memories flood my mind, little details not coming into play. Deep in my thought I heard an all to familiar voice come from behind me.

"You okay Emm? You look confused," Kian asked concerned of my health.

"Uh, oh yeah. Couldn't be better." I reply honestly.

I hear my ring from under the sheets and I scramble to find it. I tear the sheets off whoever's bed this was flipping Kian off the corner of the bed in the process, creating a loud thump on the floor. I searched each bed sheet individually only to find out my phone was on the floor almost dead. I reached for my phone reading an incoming call from my good friend Ashley. Without a second thought I clicked the accept button.

"Hello?" I answer, my own voice making my hangover worse.

"Hey Emily I-I really need to talk to you.", She sniffled quietly into the speaker.

"Ashley, what's wrong?", I ask scared to hear her answer.

"No, I need to tell you in person. I-I need some h-help.", Her voice cracks breaking my heart in two. She sounds crushed.

"Come over to my place as soon as possible.", I say and mean it. I don't care if I have a killer head ache and look like a zombie, I need to know what is wrong. It's bad enough Jc doesn't have the guts to tell me whatever the hell is on his damn mind. I grab my stuff absentmindedly, thinking of the millions of possibilities that could have caused her weak yet strong state.

KIAN'S P.O.V.

She looks deep in thought, meaning I should leave her be. Worry written all over her features. I saw her phone screen. Something is wrong with Ashley, and I know it, but what? I can tell by Emily's state she has no idea either. What is happening? I have known Ashley awhile considering she is extremely close to Emily. What has happened must seriously be wrong.

"Kian, we need to leave now.", Emily ordered me. I didn't question her behaviour, only to prevent from worrying even more about Ashley.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

When we reached our home Emily rushed into the kitchen. I caught a glance of her carrying a bottle of coke, a large bowl of popcorn, and several different bags of candies, to her room.

"What the hell is happening?", Connor basically summed up my thoughts.

"I have no clue. All I know is Emily got a call from one of her close friends and Emily got really worried.", I reply with my minimal information.

"Oh, th-", Connor said before being interrupted by the doorbell. Before any of us could reach the door, Emily came bounding down the stairs pushing all of us out of the way, and swinging the door open while bringing Ashley into a hug.

CONNOR'S P.O.V.

I was trying to figure out what the hell was happening in this house when I was interrupted by the doorbell and Emily shoving me into a wall. As she swung the door open I couldn't help but watch her as she wept into Emily's shoulder with my mouth agape. Something is seriously wrong.

EMILY'S P.O.V.

This is worse then I thought. I dragged her into my room locking the door to prevent anyone from making this any worse.

"What's wrong?", I blurt, only asking one question at a time. I need my answers. Fast.

"H-he cheated on me.", she stuttered

"What?", I asked shocked. I did not expect this.

"Luke. H-he broke up with me i-in text s-saying he...", she couldn't complete her sentence without bursting into tears.

"That bastard is going to get it!", I say trying to stay as calm as possible for Ashley's sake.

"I-I", she tries to explain but I already knew what she was going to say.

"Shhhhh. I know. I know you love him, but if he did that to you he isn't worth it.

She was left with no words only sobs and the occasional sniffle. I heard a sniffle come through the outside of the door too. What the? I looked down at Ashley. She had the same expression as me.
