Transferring to Tsukimori academy!

It was my last day at L'Ècole des cinq lumières middle school, it felt weird to be leaving this place.
When Yuka-chan had heard the news about me transferring she became really sad, she wouldn't leave me out of her sight. When the bell rang on the last class of the day, she was hugging me around the waist and wouldn't let go, so I had to walk around with her clinging on to me.
-Seriously, Yuka-chan, you're hugging me too hard! I'm starting to have trouble breathing, I told her.
-I'll never let go! You'll have to drag me with you to that academy! She said with all of her stubbornness, waterfalls streaming down her face.
-If I drag you to Tsukimori Academy you'll most likely receive more homework, I said and hoped she would let go by saying that.
-More... homework? I don't want to have more b-but I want to be with you... You will have to do my homework for me, then! She said and got even more stubborn.
-Yuka-chan, can you stop being so childish? You are starting to act like Nozomi... I said with a sweatdrop.
-I heard that, Minako! Nozomi shouted from the other side of the lockers.
-But she's right, Nozomi, I heard Rin-san tease her.
A few seconds later I saw Nozomi chasing after Rin-san who just ran out of the building.
-Yuka-chan, can't you let go of me so I can get some air? I asked her.
-Okay, it wasn't so comfortable to stand in that position anyway, she said and let go, then straightened her clothes.
-You still have a phone, right? We can talk there, and I'm going home on summer vacations too, I said.
-I know what a phone is, Minako-chan! I'm not that dumb, she said and pouted.
-...But sure, we can talk there. And on summer vacations we can meet up and do stuff together! She then said happily.
-I have to go home now, I haven't finished packing, I said and rose my hand as a wave, and started to walk towards the gate.
-Okay, goodbye! I'll miss you sooooo much! She yelled after me.

When I came home, Nozomi was lying on the couch — exhausted.
-What happened, Nozomi? Did you really chase Rin-san so much? I asked her after I had taken off my shoes at the door.
-Well, she is much faster than me, and she ran really far away so I had to run faster, and longer... She said exhaustedly.
-You shouldn't push yourself that hard just because she agreed with me that you can be childish, I said.
-Sure... and I'm too tired to argue with you, She said and turned on the TV. I walked up the stairs to my room and started to pack the last things I needed for the academy. I packed some notebooks, pens and pencils, and other school supplies I thought I would need during my stay there.
I then changed out of my school uniform to my regular clothes.
When I walked back to the living room, Nozomi was still in front of the TV, but with some leftover takoyaki she brought home from the restaurant that had a sale the other day.
-Nozomi! It's not healthy to sit there all evening eating takoyaki and watching TV, I scolded my sister.
-But it's so good! I know you have a big thing for food just like me, she said and looked at me with a smug face.
I felt my cheeks become a little warmer.
-That may be true, but I can at least control myself, I said and turned my gaze to the other side of the room, hoping she wouldn't notice my pink cheeks.
It's really annoying that I also have a huge thing for food and can eat a lot, just like Nozomi. I guess it's a twin thing — but I don't eat food directly when I see it like Nozomi does, but it is tempting. I sighed.
-I guess I'll make dinner since Okaa-san is working late today, and Otou-san is busy with his story, I said and stepped into the kitchen.
-Okay! Nozomi said with excitement, still eating takoyaki.

After dinner I cleaned my room so that it would be clean when I came back on vacations. I hid stuff I didn't want Nozomi to just come in and borrow without asking me, since I obviously wouldn't be here.
I closed my suitcase and put it by the door. There was still a short while before I had to go to bed — I'd usually study right now, but I had to give the textbooks back to the school since I don't own them. Instead I took my Dream pack from my desk and sat on the bed, looking at it. I drew my finger across the angel-like wing carvings on the sides.
Why was I given this? I'm sure there are a lot of other people who would be better suited for the job.
Pulling out of my thoughts, I decided it was good if I went to bed.
