The night wind was touching me with its soft waves as I hugged myself and walked alone in the streets. I was going back. My mind was completely distracted after what that mysterious guy said to me. His words were flying around my mind since I entered the party. So, I left early. I don't think anybody will observe it though. Nick and Leonie didn't come to the party. Adrian was too busy flirting with Tiara and Tiara was too busy blushing. Those two should go out already!
Also, after Raymond introduced me to the important guests, my job was almost over. I was just roaming around the hall, making small talk with random people. It was a boring meal, to be honest. I didn't even get to the main dinner.

I gasped and froze in my tracks, seeing that guy standing in front of me.

"You came early," he stated the obvious.

"Well, sorry but I couldn't really be in the party after hearing your horror story." I folded arms across my chest and said bitterly. I was angry at what he'd told me. I didn't want to know anything and at the same time, I so wanted to.

"Come on," he smirked and turned away from me, walking hurriedly. Without any words, I joined his pace.

"Where are we—"

"To meet your aunt." He shut me up by that.

So, you can say that I had finally completely lost my mind.  It was eleven thirty in the night and I was entering a graveyard along with a stranger. My heart was certainly scared of what might happen here but I dare not ask him.

Why were all the guys here so intimidating?

He kept moving deeper into the graveyard, me following his footsteps. I swam my eyes around, reading some of the names written on the graves and shivering in fear. A small gate parting the other part of the graveyard came in front of us. The guy opened it and whispered a "come inside," to me. I did the same.

His legs came to a halt all of a sudden. He was staring at something lying in front of him. I scarily went and stood near him, looking at the "something" lying in front of us. It was a box. The guy chanted something and the box fell open, revealing a lady resting inside it.

I took a few steps back, clearly frightened of the scene I saw in front of me.

There was an arrow stuck inside the lady's head. She looked beautiful, but in vain. Her body looked as hard and rough as a stone.

"This is your aunt Aubrey." The guy uttered, breaking the awkward silence.

"She's... She's dead." I said, my voice getting squeaky again.

"She's not dead. This arrow stuck in her head turned her into a stone. She's just like in a deep sleep. We haven't yet found the spell to take out this arrow. But with the help of one spell, I can go inside her head and talk to her. I've been doing it since six years now." He explained, kneeling down near her. "Come," he called me down with him.

Hesitating, I dropped on my knees too, taking a closer look.

"Give me your hand," he kept his palm forward for me to keep mine in it. I placed mine in his' and he placed both our palms on her chest.

"Do you feel it?" He asked me, taking his eyes to look at me. I stared right back at him, nodding my head as I felt her heart beat in a normal pace.

"How's it possible?" I whispered in surprise.

He smiled, almost sadly. Then we took back our hands and he sat completely down on the ground, sighing. I aped him.

"I don't understand. Why do you talk to her? Why are you helping me?" I asked.
