--Chapter 27--
ALEXIS' POV:
"Talk about what?" I looked up at Aiden, he was incredibly tall and... buff. He sighed, "They're after you, Lex. You need to get out of town" I seemed to see anger boil in him. I shook my head.
"Who's after us?" I furrowed my eyebrows looking down at Noah who was behind my legs. "Them" I stood there knowing what he was talking about because they tried to get me while I was pregnant with Noah.
I nodded allowing him to come in, "I'll drive you two out. go pack?" I walked upstairs quickly packing up as much as I can. Aiden helped fill up the car and I grabbed Noah's car seat out of my car and put it in Aiden's huge truck.
"Where are we going?" Noah looked at me while I buckled him in. "We're leaving town" I closed the door running inside opening a secret little place where I keep all the emergency money. And it has over 2,000 dollars in there. I walked out climbing in the car.
"Where out of town?" I broke the silence he glanced at me, "over 4 hours away" he mumbled. "damn" I said looking behind me at Noah, "you hungry still?" He shook his little head no.
I turned around looking out the window. this is going to be a interesting trip....

"wake up" Aiden whispered I grunt in pain. "I'm up" I held onto my stomach, "you okay?" He looked at me. "can you just please take the pain away like Isaac does" I winced trying to sit up more.
He nodded grabbing my hand taking the pain. I looked around climbing out of the truck. I didn't know where we were or nothing. I grabbed Noah that was asleep and let him sleep on my shoulder as we walked inside this little nice house.
"It's my... spare house when I wanna get away" Aiden said following me inside. I nodded looking around. "It's nice. Do you have a spare bedroom for us?" I glanced at him and he walked ahead of me opening a door. "here" He pointed at the room.
"Thanks" I walked in laying Noah down on the bed, tucking him in. I hurried out closing the door and followed Aiden into the kitchen. "How long do we stay here" I leaned against the wall. He shrugged.
"Ethan when tell us when" He took a bite out of something that I couldn't recognize. I stared at him and walked out freezing at the sight in front of me.
"Uh... A-Aiden!" I backed up a little. it can't be. He's dead. He got killed... by Isaac.
