Tomika diary Today is the 14th August and I have my monthly check up about my mental health condition I nervous because the sooner I get better the sooner I move in with my new parents. Freddie PoV Did I mention today is the last day of school and I can't wait it will be the best summer ever and if T passes her mental Heath test she can come home after xmas. Today we told principle Mullins about our band and she took the news surprisingly well and said we can be the school band and enter competitions and become a real band I can't wait to tell Tomika.

Nurses PoV Ok I have Tomikas test results here. My results are she's dependant on people she trusts and she needs a good solid home and is very anxious and nervous. I'm going to contact her foster parents and start her on some tablets to reduce these.
N: ok Tomika you did quite well just need to keep you until Christmas then you will come see me weekly for the next couple of years and take these tablets for the rest of your life they Stabilise your mental health issues as you have quite a few but you will get through this I know because I've seen you you are a strong girl who never gives up.
