Chapter Six: Lies

I sat through lunch not really seeing the cafeteria. Instead my head was filled with images of Chris, and when he had let me stroke him... Feeling him release, and hearing him moan. It was already getting me worked up, and it was only the first ten minutes of lunch. I couldn't believe he was letting me call him Chris either. Of course I knew his first name was Christopher, it was printed on my schedule, but I had never thought of calling him that. Until he told me I was allowed to, as long as we were alone or outside of class. I stared at the table, not hungry enough to eat anything. I wanted him to lay me down on his big desk and act out some of the things I had only dreamed of him doing. I blinked and cleared the thoughts away, not wanting to be thinking about my dreams when I was in his class next period. I wasn't nervous of going to his class anymore. I also wasn't shy around him at all. Not since he had kissed me, and admitted how much he liked me.

When lunch was over, I went to Mr. Brown's class, surprised when I was the first one that walked into class. I never usually arrived before anyone else.

"Alana, sit up front today." He ordered, and my head whipped around as I stared at him sitting at his desk, his jacket placed back over his shoulders but left unzipped. His eyes were watching me knowingly, and he probably guessed what I was thinking about. "I didn't tutor you today." He stated calmly. I just shrugged and slid onto my chair, shoving my books in my desk.

"I'll study tomorrow." I promised him. He smirked.

"Good." He said, and then he smiled. "You call me Mr. Brown from now until the last bell rings. Got it?" He asked. I nodded and returned his smile, and as another student walked in the room he swapped personalities, becoming the slightly strict teacher that he usually was.

I couldn't focus at all throughout the whole math class. I just kept staring at him, the way his lips moved, the way he walked, and then my eyes glanced at his pants when I remembered he wasn't wearing any boxers. My heart was already beating faster by just the thought of him, and I squeezed my eyes shut and tried to make the overwhelming feelings go away. It was hard to control.

When the bell signaling the end of math finally rung, I stood up, preparing to walk out the door when I glanced back at Chris. He winked at me and then I blushed, stumbling out the door to my history class.

The rest of the day passed quickly, maybe because I wasn't looking forward to anything. Except for going to Mr. Brown's classroom right after school. I wanted to tell him goodbye. I thought it would go easily, maybe even happily, but I couldn't have been more wrong.

I was at my locker, grabbing my backpack and putting my homework inside before I slammed my locker shut, shouldering my bag and walking down the hallway. I walked up to Mr. Brown's classroom door and opened it slightly, slipping inside. I saw that the room was empty, but the door to his office was ajar. I crept forward until I heard voices. One voice was a female's, and the other voice belonged to Chris.

"Baby, I came to tell you I'm leaving for a few days with Jessica." I heard the girl say. Baby? Did she call him baby?

"Okay, when are you gonna be back?" Chris asked tiredly.

"In about three or four days. We won't be gone long." She assured him.

"Okay, have fun Angela." He said softly, and I heard what sounded like her lips making contact with his.

"Love you." She said happily.

"Love you too babe." He replied, and then the girl walked through the door and breezed past me without even noticing me. She had long straight black hair and a pretty face. She looked around Chris' age, and when I glanced down... I saw a ring on her finger.

My heart was pounding a hundred miles per hour, and I wanted to turn around and leave right behind her. I turned around, but the loud sound of a door swinging open made me freeze. I heard his footsteps behind me.

"Lana?" He said softly. I turned around and he was back to wearing his t-shirt, his hands tucked into his jeans pockets.

"What?" I spat, my words harsh.

"What's wrong?" He asked, faking an innocent expression.

"Why did you kiss me and tell me you liked me?! Why would you do that?!" I said loudly, making sure the classroom door was shut as tears started pouring down my face.

"I told you I liked you because it's the truth." He said, taking a step forward.

"Then why do you love someone else?! If you love her Chris, that's okay. I-it's more than okay. It's great. She's your age, but please don't lie to me and make me think that you like me back!" I said, almost glaring at him.

"A-are you talking about Angela?" He asked, shocked that I had heard his conversation.

"Yes Chris, whoever the hell that girl was! And she had a ring on her finger!" I said loudly.

"She's my fiancée." He admitted, a guilty expression on his face.

"Why would you lie?" I whispered quietly, more tears trailing silently down my face.

"Don't cry Lana." He said, taking another step forward. This time I let him wrap his arms around me as he used his thumb to wipe away most of my tears. Then he took my face in his hands. "I do like you Lana. I was already engaged to Angela before I grew feelings for you, and now I can't get rid of her. I haven't slept with her in two weeks. I just can't, not when...not when I see you." He explained. I was hearing everything he said, and something told me he was telling the truth, but my heart still throbbed painfully.

"Chris... I can't believe you didn't tell me about this. I wouldn't have kissed you or anything if I knew." I said sadly.

"I know, and I'm sorry. It's completely my fault. Just don't walk out Lana. Don't leave." He pleaded, his eyes searching mind in an attempt to see my reaction.

"I just...I think she's better for you Chris. And I won't do any of these things with you while you're with her. It would make me feel horrible. I just can't do it." I said, feeling my heart sink in my chest. While he was with his fiancée I couldn't touch him or kiss him or anything like that. I just couldn't.

"I understand." He said finally, his gaze dropping to the floor. My heart squeezed painfully. I turned around and as soon as my hand reached the doorknob, I felt a strong hand stopping it, and something warm and firm was pressing against me from behind.

"Just because I understand, doesn't mean I agree." He said in a sharp voice. He pulled me away from the door and into his body, and I felt his warm lips plant several kisses on my neck from behind.

"C-Chris stop. I said I couldn't do this." I gasped out.

"Turn around Lana." He whispered in my ear. I hesitantly turned around and saw that he had removed his shirt. My breath caught in my throat as I stared at his chest. First I noticed the tattoos he had on his upper chest, and how they blended into the tattoos on his shoulders, traveling down his arms. Another tattoo was etched into his skin just above his six pack, which led my eyes to travel down even further. I spotted the way his hips cut into a perfect V and disappeared into his dangerously low pants. I was throbbing just by knowing what he held inside those pants. I looked up at the sexy smirk on his face, and he looked nothing like the teacher he was supposed to be. He looked like an older teenager, with lust in his expression and the perfect way he bit his lip. I could feel my legs trembling as I felt myself ready to give in.

"Tell me again that you can't touch me." He whispered, his hands resting lightly on my waist.
