your childhood best friend decided to follow you wherever you go, so he enrolled in this school with you. However, lately, he hasn't been coming to school and everyone got worried. You, being the closest to Isogai other than Maehara, decided to visit him right after school. Actually, you were planning to go right now so you sneaked out of the school during lunch time just like how karma ditched class normally.
"Yuuma! It's me," you told him before taking the spare key he gave you to open the door. "Yuuma, what's wrong?" You crouched down to his level when you saw him hiding in a corner hugging his knees looking down.
"(Name)-chan... I... I... Fangs..." He stuttered out while shivering. Then he opened his mouth and pointed to his teeth. You saw what he was talking about, fangs. You've never seen them before so of course, doing what any other would have naturally done, jumped back immediately with wide eyes.
"Oh my goodness yuuma! Wh-when did you start to... No... Why do you have f... Fangs? And y-your skin... It's so pale,"
"I don't know... I... I really... don't know..." He stammered and looked like a tear could slip down any time yet he kept eyeing your neck that wasn't covered by the collar. He gulped and looked away from the exposed neck, trying hard not to succumb to the temptation.
"(Name)-chan, ge-get away from me now! You're... Too close,"
"What do you mean?..." You asked since he didn't said that to you before, not even once. "You should know by now..."
"What?" He whispered and his expression softened.
"I'm never letting you go through anything by yourself. I'll always be here by your side yuuma," you said sternly before hugging him.
"Thank you (name)-chan..."
