Paige's P.O.V.
My best friend Rose and I are at a One Direction concert. We had begged our parents for months to get us tickets and they finally did! Front row tickets to be exact.
The concert is almost over; this night has been absolutely amazing though. I'm glad it was a good night considering it's my last night to be alive.
As the concert ends it's pure craziness. I look at Rose then over at Paul. I run to Paul and hand him a letter.
"Can you please give this to the boys tomorrow? Thank you so much." I say and run back over to Rose before he can say anything back or Rose notices I'm gone. But I look up and see Paul looking at me and he nods with a smile.
The concert sadly comes to an end and by now Rose and I have tears steaming down our faces. We walk out of the arena with our arms looped together and find her dad waiting for us.
"How was the concert, girls?" He asks as we walk back to the car.
"It was amazing! Better than I ever dreamed of!" Rose gushes and I nod in agreement.
As we drive home, I stare out the window and look out at the dark sky. I smile at the stars but then sigh when we pull into my driveway.
I hop out of the car and so does Rose to say goodbye after I thank her father. I wrap my arms around Rose in a tight hug.
"Tonight was perfect. I'm never going to forget it." I say and she pulls away and smiles at me.
"I'll see you on Monday." She says and gives me one last squeeze before completely pulling away.
"Hey Rose?" I say before she gets in.
"Yeah?" She turns around and asks.
"Remember that no matter what, I love you okay?" I say.
"I love you too, Paige." She says and gets into her car.
I watch them drive down my driveway and disappear into the darkness. I walk up the front walkway of my house and quietly open the front door. Everyone is asleep in my house which doesn't surprise since they all have to wake up early tomorrow for my sister, Alexandra's, track meet that I'm not going to. I'll be home alone. I told my mom to wake me up before they leave so hopefully they will.
I walk upstairs to my room and fall down onto my bed, falling into a deep sleep without changing out of my clothes from the concert, thinking about how I'm finally going to escape the pain tomorrow.
