UNEDITED
*In the previous chapter, I made a mistake where I stated that they are going to have their mid year exams. So, I changed it to final exams as after that, they will have summer holidays which means Zach and Colton will be done with high school and after summer, Zinnia, Jake and Jess would start their senior year. Just want to clear that up!*
*Next update will be on Saturday (12 / 11 / 2016)*
<Early update as promised in the previous chapter!>
Enjoy Reading!

***Still in flashback***
●Zinnia's POV●
Jake, Jess and I are currently in our school library doing last minute revisions for the exams tomorrow.
Colton heard about this and decided to call Zach and their group of friends to study as well since they were planning on doing so anyways. They are a few tables away from us.
Surprisingly, there are a lot of students in library today. We have been here for more than an hour.
Since I was done with my revision, I decided to go over some questions and class test papers that we sat for throughout the year.
Jess is busy explaining to Jake about a math equation. Some of our other friends are here as well.
We always study in a big group before any major exam because almost everyone in our group is good in either one of the subjects so we help each other out.
The school bell rang signalling the start of school so all of us packed up our stuff and decided on continuing it during lunch since most of us have a free period after that.
The teachers tend to give us the whole day to ourselves to study for the exams and for that I'm grateful.
As I was walking out with the others, Zach fell in to step beside me. "Good morning love. Ready for tomorrow?" He smiled at me.
"Good morning to you too sparkly. Yeah I'm ready. How about you? Last exam in high school before you graduate huh." I chuckled. Whenever we talk either on the phone or when we meet up, he would express his excitement of finally being done with school.
Colton is exactly the same as him, only more annoying. He loves to rub it in my face that I still have a year to go.
I roll my eyes and smack him as a form of reply. "Yup. I can't wait. Although, on the down side, I will be seeing less of you. I don't like that one bit." He frowned at the thought. I smiled sadly. I'm definitely going to miss my two boys.
Wait. He has become my boy now huh. I smiled at that. Deciding to forget about this particular topic, I brightened up my mood by thinking about summer.
We can spend so much time together. Even with my two idiotic best friends.
"Lighten up sparkly. We will figure a way out. For now, let's head to class okay." I gave him a peck on the cheek and rushed towards my physics class.
-----------------------------------------
When lunch rolled around, all my friends met up in the library and continued where we left off. A lot of seniors were doing the same too.
After all, the results are going to be important to get accepted in to the university they desire.
"Yo Zi! How are you gurl?" Ana, my classmate walked over to where I was, to greet me. I hugged her in response and I decided to ask her help in some questions I wasn't sure about.
After that, she started talking about her birthday party that's going to be held right after our exams are over.
She invited all of us to come. At the mention of a party, all of us launched in to the topic of parties that were going to be held during summer.
In short, we are going to party a lot. we cracked jokes and talked about lots of random things. It was our way of trying to relax ourselves before going back to studies.
Once school was over, Colton and I drove home. I decided to take a shower and then sleep for a while before preparing for tomorrow's paper. Right before I was going to take a nap, Zach called.
"Miss me so soon sweetheart?" i started out the conversation without a 'Hey' since we just saw each other in school.
"Of course love. Although, I actually called you to ask if Colton is home since he is supposed to come over to my place with some of the guys to do some studying for tomorrow. He is going to help us with one of the topics in Biology." He answered.
I chuckled. "And here I thought that you cared about me. Wait. Biology? Aren't you guys like experts in this particular field? And you need help. I'm disappointed in you Anderson."
"That is practical sweetheart. We don't need any sort of help in that section. We are pretty well equipped, so you don't need to feel disappointed in me at all. I assure you, that when the time comes, you will say otherwise. I can guarantee that." He said proudly.
I can practically see him smirking. I scrunched my nose in disgust. Seriously? "Way too much information sparkly. You're getting way ahead of yourself."
"Instead of sparkly, I prefer milky way. You know what I mean?" He started laughing at his own joke.
"Oh God. Please don't ruin milky way for me. I think I'm going to throw up. I'm handing the phone over to Colton and he can deal with your Biology. Hold on a sec." I walked over to Colton's room and handed the phone over to him.
I shook my head at Zach's new choice of nickname. He cannot go a day without insinuating a sexual innuendo even in the most innocent conversation.
I shuddered in disgust and headed to my room to take my long awaited nap.
