"I'll see you later sweet cheeks," he whispered, smiling as she wrapped her arms up around his neck and pulled him so he leaned over the bed.

"Have sex with me," she whispered against his ear, and as he looked at her and the way she smiled at him, he found that there was no way of denying her what she wanted,

She pulled up her nightdress and watched as he removed his trousers,

"Thank god," she uttered, throwing herself at Jacob as he lifted her and moved to the exit,

"I'm okay sweetcheeks," he told her as he placed her to the floor and lifted the fire helmet from her head,

She kissed him and Robyn gasped as he kissed her back full measure, "we need to get you two checked out,"

"You and Mrs Beauchamp," Robyn hissed, "I knew you were friends but..."

"I trust you won't say a word," Jacob began, "things are complicated enough without everyone finding out."

She sat quietly beside him as the paramedics checked him and Robyn over,

She slipped her hand into his and he kissed it before wrapping his arm tightly around her shoulders.

"I won't say anything, but you two make a lovely couple," Robyn grinned at them, before bouncing out of the ambulance.

They lay closely that night, their love making had been different that it had previously. It had been slow and passionate and his lips had hardly left hers,

"You know, you and Dotty haven't been home all week," she uttered as his hands free invisible patterns up and down her back,

"Why would we go there when you're here?" He spoke against her hair and she leaned up on her elbow, a tired smile on her face,

"I like having you both here," she told him, leaning down to kiss him gently,

"You still smell of fire," she told him, "go and shower again,"

He rolled his eyes, "join me?"

"You've worn me out..."

"Not for sex," he laughed, "I want you close to me,"

She got out of bed, pulling the covers off of him and wandering casually into the bathroom, "come on then."

He washed her body as she stood close to him. She turned and cuddled into him, her head resting on his chest as he tightened his hold on her,

"I this awful feeling that you wouldn't come out... That I'd never get to see you again," she told him,

He ran his hands either side of her cheeks, "I'm okay... I never want to leave you,"

"The thought of never seeing you again hurt me like I couldn't imagine," she admitted quietly. He sensed her vulnerability and kissed her forehead,

"I'll wait for you, you know, when you go to America..."

He watched her gaze, "if you want me to of course,"

She took his hand gently, "of course I want you to Jacob... I don't think I'd feel like me anymore without you,"

He kissed her forehead, before leading her out of the shower and wrapping her in a towel. He held her possessively, "I know the feeling sweet cheeks," he admitted.
