Here's an update before school consumed me with all the works again. I apologize in advance for the senselessness of this chapter and the other upcoming chapters.

"Y/N-ah, why are you leaving me?!" Nara said when you entered the office.
"Mwo?!"

She's crying so much. You looked at her confused. You led her to the couch and let her sit. You rubbed her back to comfort her and asked her again as she cried and cried.

"What's wrong?"
"You! Big boss said I should look for another office roommate. She said you're resigning!" She said still crying.
"MWO?! I'M RESIGNING?!"
"Don't pretend you don't know! I won't forgive you!"
"I'm not pretending! I'm not resigning!"
"Then what do you mean?! Big boss is lying?!"

The door suddenly opened making you look. You don't know what's happening. Good thing your boss came. She's smiling at you as if Nara isn't crying.

"Stop crying, Nara. She doesn't really know." Your boss told her.
"Mwo?" Nara said. She stopped crying but is still sobbing.
"Your husband called me, Y/N. He said he'll come here later to talk with me for your resignation." She explained.

You were so shocked you went speechless. You got up and took your phone with you out of the office room. You went to the rooftop of the building to make sure no one hears you. You called Seungcheol trying to calm yourself.

"Annyeong, nae sarang!~ I'm glad you called now. Good timing. Sorry. I couldn't call earlier. We were busy filming." He said when he answered your call.
"What is this resignation all about?" You asked him.
"Hmm?"
"My boss said you're coming to talk about my resignation. I thought we have talked about this already. I told you you're not gonna lose me!" You said turning a little mad at him.

You're old enough now. You understand that you're married to him and that you should make decisions with him now. But, he decided to do this without your permission. This isn't even about him. It's your job. It's not his.

"I want you to stay home. You need to take care of your health. I already found someone to accompany you."
"I'm fine. My health is great. I don't need to stay home! I'm not disabled!"
"WHY ARE YOU SO STUBBORN?!"
"WHY DO YOU EVEN CARE?! I'M FINE! I'M PERFECTLY FINE!"
"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU! DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?! I'M YOUR HUSBAND! WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO?! JUST WATCH YOU AS IF I'M NOT WORRIED ABOUT YOU?!"

You stared at the sky, your tears trembling down your cheeks. Another childish fight. This is crazy. For more than two years being with him, you've had fights with him a few times already. But, it makes you worried. Even small fights like this. They just make you feel like something bad will really happen. You're scared.

"I...I'm sorry. I'm being insensitive." He said calmly noticing your silence.
"Ani. I'm sorry. I was thinking only about myself. Sorry." You told him.
"No. I'm sorry. I know you enjoy teaching now. You might get bored at home, but don't worry. The boys told me they'll visit you often."
"Ok. I'll resign, but..."
"But what?"
"Can I work again after two years after giving birth?" You asked him.
"Two years?"
"Ne."
"...we'll see. Don't you want to just stay home and be with Coupie?"
"Coupie?!" You asked him confused at his sudden name mention.
"Yes! Coupie! Our baby's fetus name. Isn't it cute?" He said making you shake your head while smiling.
"Omo, nae pabo. You're really an idiot. Fine. Fine. It's cute, but before you make decisions on your own again, can we make decisions together?"
"Oh. Yes. Sorry. I'm sorry. I got too excited. So, how's our baby Coupie?"
"Happy to hear his dad. He wants to know how his dad is." You said.
"Ah. Baby Coupie, daddy is fine. Just a little tired, but he's feeling good now after talking to your mom. Tell your mom I love her, ok?" He said making you smile.
"Ok, appa! Eomma and I love you!~" You answered imitating the voice of a baby.

The call lasted for half an hour. When you went back to the office room, Nara had already fallen asleep on the couch while your boss is sitting there.

"Where did you go?" She asked you.
"I called Seungcheol. Sorry." You told her.
"What did your husband say?"
"I'll give you my resignation letter later, ma'am. Thank you for letting me work here. I'm sorry too." You told her bowing.
"Don't worry about it. It's fine. I understand you and your husband. My boyfriend actually wants me to stop working too, but he doesn't have a reason. I'm not even pregnant." She said laughing.

"Wae?! What happened?! What?! Eodi?! How?!" Nara suddenly woke up making you and your boss laugh.
