Killian POV

Day of Alek's Birthday

With Lucca around me once again, it felt like home, but being around him had resulted to become aroused every time we physically touch. Even when it's not sexual. The only great thing about hiding my feelings towards Lucca for years is controlling my emotions and being able to hide them quickly so it doesn't get emitted.

We were getting ready to head into the woods as Alex went in to stay inside. She's still only 13 and her birthday won't be until December.

We walked for quite a bit before we decided this clearing was a great spot for Alek to shift.

As the moon raised, Alek felt the effects of the shift. He struggled a bit before he got accustomed to his form.

He mind linked us all except Lucca.

'I told you this was going to be my year'

I reciprocated the message to Lucca and we went ahead and undressed.

Leave it to none other than Mason and Arlo to emit arousal like crazy. Once I started getting undressed, I smelled a faint lust coming from somewhere but I couldn't determine where it came from. Then as I pulled my shirt off a full blast lust aroma was released by none other than Alek.

I was to scared to look at Lucca. I had been avoiding on telling Lucca about our little encounter when I first started living with Arlo.

Lucca has been mentioning mates every now and then which only concluded to make me feel even more guilty. I love him so much that I can't fathom the thought that he would be disappointed in me. So I did what I thought was best, ignore the problem.

Go behind the trees and undress. Lucca said.

I looked over to him and he was angry for some reason.

Did he figure it out, about Alek and I.

I didn't question and just did as I was told.

Nonetheless we took off for a run after I finally undressed and shifted. It started of slow at first due to Alek but as he got used to it we ran faster each time.

We soon reached another clearing and took a breather which soon led to an attack by I assume, Mason's old captives.

That damn rouge was about to attack in the direction of Lucca so I jumped to the scene before anything could happen. I was getting ready to attack him when Arlo jumped in and attacked first. As he pushed the rouge further away from us and to the edge of the clearing, the rouge was knocked down but was getting ready to get up and attack us once more. I made the quick decision to attack him and finish it off, which I gruesomely did. My only regret was Alek was watching this to early in his life, but I know he needed to learn about the dangers of the woods now, now that he's a wolf.

We smelled another one and before it could reach us we ran back to Arlo's home but not before we noticed Alek sitting and shaking while looking back at the dead body of the rouge. I absolutely did not want another fight happening in front of those whom I care about so I ran back to him and caught him in his scruff and carried him as if he was my own pup back to safety.
