It was not a fine day for normal people. It was early winter, the dusk was just setting. A figure stood on the balcony, holding a mug of steaming black coffee, a sudden gust of wind blew, making her hair fall out of the bun and fly in all directions, she didn't seem too bothered by the chilly weather, in fact, there was a slight smile playing on her lips and a warm glow on her face, no amount of cold could wipe away the warm feeling in her heart today, for today she helped save one more life, today, Dr. Lavanya concluded one more surgery with positive results.
"Hey there, how was your day?" Asks her husband, sliding his hand up her shoulder and pulling her closer, "oh and congratulations, Prerak told me about the surgery, it was a rather tricky case, wasn't it?" He continues.
"You already know how my day was , it's not like we work in different places" she replies with a chuckle.
They spend some more time on the balcony, fighting the cold winter wind , in a comfortable silence, both know what the other is thinking...
They are thinking of how it all started.____####____####____####____####
