"I swear Ani if you throw one more screw at my head I'll shove them up your nose." My young nine year old self yelled at my twin brother. I sprinted out after him in frustration.

"How are you going to shove them up my nose? It's not like you can catch me, you're too slow little sis." My brother mocked ahead of me while passing locals who simply just wanted to be unbothered.

"Your only a few minutes older than me." I hissed glaring at his back.

"Still older." He laughed, stopping himself from running and looking back at me.

"you little slime-." Before I could finish my insult our owner, Watto called us to the front of the shop. We ran towards him, Anakin slightly ahead of me. When we entered the shop, there stood Watto and four strangers. A little blue droid, a creature with a long face and droopy ears, a older man, and a girl probably a few years older than me. Watto yelled at us to hurry up, Anakin mumbled sarcastically. Which caused the todayrian to yell at Anakin again. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms over my chest staring at the strangers before me. They clearly were not from around here.

"So let me take you out back." Watto smiled with fake charm, he was clearly going to try to take advantage of these poor people. They probably had no idea how business worked out here in the outer rim. I hadn't noticed the floppy eared creature was messing with the DUM droids  until the older man warned him not to mess with anything while he was gone. The man walked away, as soon as he turned his back to the creature he stuck out his tongue and began mocking the man. I let out a childish giggle, creature was funny. The creature began messing with more items me and my brother had worked on.

My twin brother sat on the counter with me sitting on the stool right next to him. For some reason the young girl had stayed behind with us, as well as the funny looking creature. The girl was beautiful, probably the prettiest girl I had ever seen. There wasn't many of those on Tatooine. I didn't want to admit it, but I was jealous of her beauty. She had long brown hair and had a braid going across the top of her head, kind of like a crown, she had dark brown eyes. I looked over towards my brother to see him staring in awe at the girl as well.

"Are you an angel?" Anakin asked with amazement in his voice. The girl turned towards us, and smiled.

"What?" she asked still with a small grin at his compliment.

"An angel, I've heard the deep space pilots talk about them. Their the most beautiful creatures in the universe. They live on the moons of Lego. I think." Anakin stated, I rolled my eyes. I didn't know if my brother was either stupid, or just a really good flirter.

"You're a funny little boy. How do you know so much?" She questioned walking to hun.

"All of the traders and star pilots come through here, I'm a pilot and someday I'm going to fly away from this place." He replied. I coughed gaining his attention.

"Sorry, we're going to fly away from this place." He restated gesturing to me. I smiled a big toothy grin at the girl, she giggled at our childish antics.

"How long have you two been here." She asked with concern in her voice.

"Since we were very little, three I think. Our mom and us were sold to Gardulla the Hut. But she lost us betting on the pod races." I stated having to attempt to think about life not in the deserts of Tatooine.

"You're slaves?" She asked with sadness in her voice as well as confusion.

"Were people, and our names are Anakin and Aisley." Ani corrected a little frustrated. He has never liked the term 'slave,' neither have I. But I have just accepted the fact that we aren't free. Getting bored with the conversation I hopped down from the stool and wandered out to the back where Watto and the strange man were. I overheard the man talking to Watto, saying he didn't have the right kind of money.  I hid behind one of the old piles of metal scrapes so they wouldn't see me.

"Republic credits will be fine." The strange man stated waving his hand in front of Watto's face like some sort of mind controller.

"No they won't." Watto repeated growing frustrated. Again the man waved his hand in front of Watto's face and said it was fine.

"No, they won't! Do you think you're some kind of Jedi? Mind tricks don't work on me." Watto huffed, crossing his arms. I let a little giggle from my hiding place. They both turned around and faced my direction, neither one spotting me. Watto turned back to the long haired man in a his brown cloak. But the man looked at my hiding spot a little longer, than slowly turned back to Watto.

"Anyway. No money. No parts. No deal." Watto stated using his hands signaling no. The man smiled and turned around he bagan walking my way. I took a couple steps back so it was less likely for him to see me. When he walked past me he looked at me for a second than continued walking away. It was almost like he knew exactly where I was.  I stepped out of my spot, and turned around to see Watto staring at me.  He didn't look mad but he didn't look happy either.

"Foreigners." He scoffed with disgust I walked along the side of him back into the shop.

When I entered the shop they were all gone. Watto and Anakin began talking about them. I didn't pay much attention I was too busy thinking about the mystery man. Was he just some crazy man, or was he actually a Jedi? I didn't know much about the Jedi, other than they could pick stuff up with their minds and had a cool laser sword. I was brought out of my thoughts when I heard Watto saying we could leave.  Anakin jumped off the counter and yelped in joy, he ran out of the shop with me following behind him.  I still couldn't stop thinking about that man, and if he was a Jedi after all. I wanna know what they're doing here and why?
