Chapter 14: Gone

I stand up and squeeze Zayn.

"Let's go back to our room mate." Zayn whispered in my ear.

I walk back to our room with Zayn. I keep my eyes on the ground.

When we get in to the room,  Liam seems to be looking for an answer.

"I lost her mate. She's gone." I shake my head and run to my room, tears rolling down my face.

*Allie's POV*

I fish around in my bag for my keys.  I open the front door and run into my room.  I stand for a second, looking back at Niall.  I run and peel him and the other boys off my wall. I leave my bags on the floor and climb under my blankets.

I hear movement from somewhere else in the house. I open my eyes and wipe the tears from my eyes.  I must've been asleep for like three hours. Someone knocks on my door and slowly comes in.

"Allie?" Charlie asks in a soft voice. "Are you okay sweetie?"

I bite my lip to keep the tears in and nod.

"Boy trouble?"

I nod again.

"Well this is probably more of your mother's thing, but I guess I'll give it a shot. Do you want to talk about it?"

"I saw him," I sniff, "Holding hands with another girl."

"Is there anything I can do to him?"

"No. I just wish I could fall off the radar for a while."

"Ok. Well I need to go finish up the dishes. Tell me if u need anything."

"Thanks Charlie." I say as I turn on my TV. 

The commercials were just coming on.

Arms were meant for hugging. Hand's for holding.

I turn the TV off and start crying again. About half an hour passes, I hear the front door close. I get really quiet to see if I can hear anything being said.

About ten minutes later,  my mom comes in, the same way Charlie dis, softly and slowly.

"Honey, Charlie andi were talking,"she started as she sits at the end of my bed. "If you want, maybe you can go stay with your dad to clear your head?"

"What about school?" I wipe the tears, "Everyone will be getting back soon."

"Well for the remainder of the time you would've been in Spain?"

I nod, "I think that would be good."

"Ok,  you get a good nights's sleep,  and Charlie and I will buy a plane ticket for tomorrow."

I nod. my mom leaves the room and I fall asleep.

**The next day**

"Allie,  wake up honey." My mom says shaking me softly.

"Uhh." I moan.

"Come on, you gotta get to the airport!"

I get up and get dressed.  I don't have to pack since I didn't get a chance to unpack from Spain. I put my laptop in my bag.

I grab my bags and walk down the hall. "Mom, I'm ready!"

"Kay, hold on." She grabs her purse and keys.  She helps me with my bags and we go out to the car.

We had about a half hour car ride to the airport. it was pretty quiet all the way there.

When we got to the airport, I grabbed my bags and walked inside.

"Love you!" My mom yelled before I walked inside.

"Love you too!"
