Well, many people have been waiting for a new chapter and here it is!

Susan blinked open her eyes to find herself surrounded by the sweet smell of spice, peppermint, and the smell of the air right before the rain. Caspian's smell. Susan snuggled in closer to him, enjoying the feeling of her face pressed against his shirt.
"Good morning love," Caspian whispered, stroking her hair with his thumb.
Susan turned her face up and smiled at him, still not sure that she wasn't imagining the whole thing. She just couldn't see how he could be so accepting of everything. For the first time in a long time, she thanked Aslan.
"Morning," Susan smiled back him as she sat up and stretched. She rubbed her back, knowing that her lower back would always be stiff. For three months she had kept her secret so well. But since her family was so accepting, maybe she would be okay.
"Aww! They're awake!" Lucy exclaimed.
Susan chuckled while she could feel Caspian sitting up straighter.
"I thought you two would sleep until noon," Edmund joked as came in from the kitchen. "Oh and breakfast is still warm. I helped Lucy make oatmeal."
"I tried to tell him his help was unnecessary, but he still thinks of me as a child," Lucy rolled her eyes. "And he just ended up making a mess."
Lucy motioned to her brother's hair, which was plastered with a pale sloppy substance.
"It exploded, but I cleaned it up," Edmund blushed, embarrassed.
Susan laughed while Caspian seemed to being trying to hold in his chuckling, which wasn't going to well.
"Well, come on! You don't want cold oatmeal," Lucy said motherly, which made her older sister laugh a bit harder.
Lucy shook her head. "Until you have your baby, I am in charge. Is that understood?"
Susan nodded, holding in her laughter.
"Good. Well come on! Hurry to the table!" Lucy called cheerily on her way into the kitchen.
Susan stood up and Caspian put his arm around her shoulders as they headed to the kitchen.
"Lucy thinks she's mom now," Edmund muttered as Susan walk past, causing a fit of giggles to come over her.
The two lovers sat next to each other as Lucy and Edmund sat down across from them.
"Shall we say grace?" Edmund asked. They family folded their hands into a silent prayer, then started eating.
"So I assume you two are going to get married," Lucy said casually, trying not to laugh at Susan and Caspian's expressions.
"Well, I suppose. After all, the baby needs two parents," Susan said smiling at Caspian.
"Yes, My Queen, I do suppose so," Caspian responded. He wanted to place his hand on her slightly protruding stomach, but didn't know how acceptable that would be.
Susan noticed this and set his hand on her stomach. Caspian was amazed that he could feel movement of this tiny person.
Caspian was at awe that something so wonderful was happening, he still had a tiny part of him that wished the baby was his. While he would love the child as his own, he wished that there was some way he could pretend that he and Susan created it, instead of that vile man James.
"Knock Knock!" A cheerful voice called as a figure entered from the back door. "Susan you would not believe what I heard today... Oh, you have visitors! Hi I'm.."
"Leah," Edmund breathed, cutting off the girl. He remembered her very well, the seafoam green guys and wispy honey colored hair.
"Yes... How did you know that? I don't think I've ever seen you before," She said, tilting her head and schrunching up her eyes.
"Susan speaks of you quite often," Edmund covered up his slip of tongue. "I'm John."
"Susan never mentioned you before... strange," Leah said, sitting down at the table next to him.
"Who are your other friends?" She asked.
"This is my cousin John, his sister Sara, and my fiance Benjamin," Susan said.
"Well its a pleasure... Whoa! Fiance? When did this happen?" Leah asked.
"Three months ago, after you went with Felicity to America," Susan said, laughing at her best friend whom she hadn't seen in three months that just walked into her home and sat down.
"Oh where's the ring!" Felicity made her entrance. Her fiery red curls were pinned up so that you could see her blue eyes.
"I... Lost it," Susan quickly covered up, blushing.
"Actually, my love, I happened to find it," Caspian said with a wink, pulling out a thin woven silver band with a small diamond in it.
"Wow," Susan said, sharply in taking a breath as she looked at the silver ring Caspian slid onto her left hand.
"Oh it's gorgeous!" Felicity squealed.
"Yes it is. Now could you please move to the sitting room so I can clear the table? I'm sure there will be enough seats if Susan takes her favorite spot," Lucy said with a smirk.
Susan and Caspian blushed while everyone else laughed.
"Shall we," Edmund said, offering his arm to escort Leah.
Leah looked at him strangely, then broke out into a grin. Something about that last statement made her see him in a new light. A familiar one. "Why yes, we shall."
"Well now I feel left out," Felicity said to "Sara" as the others left the room.
"Ah, you get used to it," Lucy said with a chuckle.
-
"Oh Edmund... He always liked her," Peter laughed.
"Just as you liked Felicity," Jill said with a smirk.
Peter blushed.
"Well, since Leah now sees Edmund as himself, we shall see what happens," Aslan said, shocking everyone.
"How can that be!" Eustace exclaimed.
"Something he said to her triggered a memory and the disguise was broken," Aslan said.
"I still say Susan shouldn't deserve this," Polly said.
"Well, you never know what may happen to them next," Diggory's words silenced everyone, giving them something to think about.
