I'm in jail for something stupid

I like jade she's mean and rude but I kinda like it i was talking to my friends "justin who are you looking for" my friend chaz says
"Jade" I said "the new mean girl" they said "yeah" I said "she's in jail" chaz says
"Oh" i said "why do you like her" they asked "yeah" I said
One month later Friday night
Back to me
I am out of jail and back in school I am wearing (pic above #1) I walked into the school and walked into my homeroom I sat behind Justin
After school I have detention again I was by myself sitting on the desk looking at my phone "do you want some company"
someone said I looked up and over at the person it was Justin "what are you doing here" I said "I came to see you" he said "why" I said rudely
"I um I like you" he said "bye" I said "wait please don't" he said I rolled my eyes "sit" I said he sat down on the desk across from me
"So what do you like about me" I said "your dangerous and it's hot as fuck" he explained I smirked "and your mean and rude" he said I smiled "but what makes you think I would date you" I said "I don't know I'm hoping you will" he told me
"I will if you don't try to change me and still let me be mean to you" I said "okay where do you want me to take you" he asked i shrugged "i don't know" i said "well my favorite restaurant in LA is the nice guy.
i go there all the time " he said "well then is that where you want to go" I said "yeah I'll pick you up at eight wear something fancy" he said "okay" i said and stood up and walked over to him he pulled me into his lap
"no bieber" i said "but why" he said "because we're in detention" i said "correction you're in detention" he said "whatever" I said

I got home from school i walked into my house and shut the door "mom i have a date" i excitedly said "with who" she asked "justin" i squealed "alright be cool be cool" i said "this is amazing" she said "i know, he's taking me to the nice guy restaurant in west hollywood he said wear something fancy" i told her
Justin's prov
I walked into my house "mom i asked jade out remember the girl I told you about" i said "yeah" she said "well she said yes and I told her I'd take to the nice guy restaurant in west hollywood" i said "okay go pick your outfit" she said i ran upstairs
Back to me 6:30
I took a shower did my hair and make up then put my bra on and underwear on then my robe on
.........
I was trying so hard to find something to wear "mom" I shouted from upstairs she came up and walked into my closet which is where I was "i can't find anything to wear" i said she looked at all the clothes until she found a dress "you want me to wear that justin will think I'm a Slut"
"No he won't" she said and found a pair of heels and a purse i changed into the outfit (pic above #2) then my mom went downstairs i looked in the mirror

I walked up to her front door and knocked on the door her mom answered "hey justin come on in" she let me in then shut the door
Back to me I walked out of the room and turned the light off and shut the door i walked downstairs justin was standing there looking at me i walked over to him facing him
"aww you guys look so cute" my mom said i turned around facing her "mom stop" i said i grabbed his arm "okay let's go" I dragged him outside "bossy
we walked to his car he opened the door for me i got in he shut the door
At the restaurant "table for two" justin says "right this way" the guy said we followed him "do you want a booth or a table" "booth" justin says he brought us to a booth we sat down across from each other We ordered our drinks then justin ordered his usual meal he got that for me too

We just got our food we took our first bites "this is good" i said i chewed and swallowed then looked up at him "are you gonna talk to me or are you just gonna stare at me" i asked him
"you look amazing, i guess I'm just nervous i want everything to be perfect" he confessed
"It is perfect" i said
