Chapter 1

Talia POV

College is a bitch. I am only half way through the first year and I am stressed and missing home. Going to college away from home also has its advantages though. I am some what more independent and I can do what I want. 

"Hurry up and get dressed chica. We are going to be late." My roommate, Catalina said pulling the covers off of me. I groaned and sat up.

"Do I really have to go to this game with you?" I asked getting up, stretching. I rubbed my eyes and walked to my closet.

"Yes you do. I can not go and see my babe alone." She said. I rolled my eyes and picked something out to where. I picked out a pair of boyfriend jeans, a white crop top, and my Oreo 5s. I put my outfit on my bed as my phone vibrated. I picked up my phone without looking at the caller i.d.

*Phone Convo*

Me: Hello?

Bone: Aye baby girl.

Me: Oh, hey dad. What's going on?

Bone: Did you get the thing I sent you?

Me: Yah I did. I can't belive you got me the Gamma 12's.

Bone: I got myself a pair and just had to get you one.

Me: But them things cost  a lot of money.

Bone: You talking like as if you don't know who I am.

Me: Whatever. How is everyone?

Bone: They aight. You would know if you picked up you phone and called sometimes.

Me: I am sorry. I have been busy.

Bone: Mhm. Better not be busy with a nigga. I got to go though.

Me: bye dad.

*End of Phone Convo*

I plugged my charger in and went in to the bathroom. I hopped in to the shower and did my hygiene and washed my hair. I got out 30 minutes later. I dried myself off and walked back in to the room.

"Took your ass long enough. You are lucky I already took a shower." Catalina said putting o her top. I looked at her outfit and it was really pretty. She was wearing black shorts, a red blouse, and black sandals.

"Well, you act like as if you was going to leave without me." I said as I lotion my body. I put on my bra and panties and my jeans.

"I could have. It is only a small walk away to the stadium." She said putting her hair up in to a  high bun.

"Mhm. I would love to see you try." I said. I put my top on and then my shoes.

"Does this look ok?" I asked facing her. She looked at me and smirked.

"I see you girl. Trying to look cute for Andre." She said. I laughed and shook my head. I put my wet curly hair in to a high ponytail.

"He is my friend. I am not trying to look cute for him." I said as I took my phone off the charger.

"You know that he is NBA bound." She said as we walked out of our dorm.

"Yah same as Daniel. I don't care." I said as we crossed the street to the stadium that people where pouring in to.

"Aye. I am about to be a basketball wife and you to so stop acting like you don't know." She said. I shook my head as we entered the stadium.

"I want some cotton candy." I said. She nodded and we went seperate ways.

I got my cotton candy and entered the court. You would think that every person on campus was in here, the way it was packed. I made my way to me and Catalina's usual seats. I found her there dancing in her seat to the music that was playing.
