Chapter 2

Talia POV

"Why don't you just go and visit him damn it." Catalina said to me as we are laid up in my bed showing each other pictures of when we are with our babes.

"I can not just take a break from school like that. Trying to be a doctor is no joke. Plus my internship. I have wait two months sadly." I said pouting while looking a a picture of me and Jason from when I went back home for Christmas.

"That sucks. I wish I could say I know but I don't. Why don't you call him?" She suggested I shook my head and locked my phone.

"I tried this morning but I think he is at work because his phone is off." I said shrugging. She nodded and got up stretching.

"I got class soon so I am going to go get ready." She said grabbing her towel and going in to the bathroom.

I really miss my whole family. At least I know they haven't forgotten about me. My dad and Jay stay sending me money just to use and I don't even need it. It is nice to know they care. I want to see my niece! Jay sends me at least 10 pictures a day. He is obsessed with Kamesha.

I was deep in my thoughts when there was a knock at our door. I groaned and got up. I really didin't want to be bothered right now.

I opened the door and just froze where I was standing.

"H-hey baby." She said scratching her arm and behind her neck.

"Mother?" I asked tilting my head to the side.

Wait. How did she know I was in Florida. How did she get to Florida. How did she know which school and which dorm room?

"Yah baby. I came to see you. I miss you." I looked at her and she was most def strung up on something. She does not look right. She stepped closer to me but I back up.

"No. No." Is aid shaking my head quickly.

"I tried to see you. Your brother and father kept you away." She said reaching her hand to me.

"No. You are not my mother. I don't know why you where trying to see me. You let you husband rape and beat me. He slap me right in front of you. You where right there." I said with tears streaming down my face.

"I am sorry Talia. I-I wasn't thinking." She said.

"I don't know who you are. You where not thinking about me...you was just thinking about yourself and your bitch ass husband. Look at you. You are pathetic. Now after almost a year you want to see me. Get the fuck out with that bullshit. Just leave. Don't come back too." I said. She tried to say something else but I slammed the door in her face. I slid down the door and busted out crying in to my knees.

"T...T what's wrong?" Cat asked coming out the bathroom.

"M-my mother. She came." I said. She sat next to me and pulled to her giving me a hug. I told her everything with my mother so she knows.

"It's ok sweety." She said. calmly. I nodded and got up. I got in to my bed and under my covers. Thank god I don't have any classes today. Seeing my mom....like that just fucked with my mind.

How did she get that bad? I will never forgive her for what she did now but maybe later. I still love her no matter what. She is mother. I have no choice.

Chris POV

"Keisha stop it. I personally was drunk and fucked up. I didn't even know half the shit I was saying." I said while she was kitting me with her little hands. Her hands may be little but she can hit hella hard for a white girl.
