Tristan's POV

"So if you guys take these classes both on campus and online then I really don't see any reason for you two to not graduate this year with your classmates ," Mr. Simpson said as he handed Miles and I envelopes. "Miles, you have a shot at graduating as Valedictorian if you take two more AP classes," he handed Miles and I envelopes.

"Those are some school suggestions based on the career path surveys you guys took at the beginning of the year," Miles handed him back the envelope.

"Thanks Mr. Simpson but I've already decided that I'm joining the Navy," he told him. "And screw AP classes, I've got a lot on my plate,"

"Be that as it may, Miles. We just want you to know that there are other options. I mean, you have a child so...just think it through," Miles stood up angrily as he walked out of the office.

"Sorry...he's just a bit stressed. Hope has her first set of shots today and he was up all night with her so he hasn't had much rest," I explained to him. He sighed.

"It's not really my concern, Tristan. Just...make sure your on top of your school work," I walked out of the office and see Miles sitting against his locker. I stood beside him and folded my arms.

"What?" He hissed. Oh hell no. Someone is MANstrating today.

"Listen I know you're tired but that's not anyone's fault! Stop being a dick," I told him. He glared at me as he stood up.

"I smell like baby vomit. My hair is a mess and... this stain on my pants, I'm pretty sure Hope shot her poop gun at me. Oh and not to mention, I have to go to work in a few minutes,"

I stared at my fiancé, I was still getting used to that tittle, and kissed his cheek.
"Thank you for everything you do for us. I can't believe in just a few months, we'll be done with high school,"

"I'm somewhat excited because I wanna move..." I stared at him. What brought this on? I looked at my phone realized that I was late. My mom was gonna kill me.

"Miles, I have to go. My mom has this thing and I'm suppose to be home already," I told him.

"Here take our car. I'll ride a cab to work or something. Drive safe, baby," he planted a kiss on my neck as he intertwined his hand with mine. "I love you," he said.

"I'll see you at home," I said as I let go of his hands. Why was my soon to be husband so freaking sexy? Oh right he's dating me. I got in And drove off. I had to hurry. I was always in enough trouble as it is and my mom will not be happy.

It was already February and I had to order my cap and gown. 2 months have passed ever since Hope was born and I tell you, it's been hectic. Thankful for my moms help, though. And Owen's. I mean, I've mostly been the one taking care of the baby but they've been so kind as to watch her while I do the little things like clean up, take a shower, eat, and hydrate. Being a new parent has been a challenge. You don't get any free time. And when you do, you have to do all of these things. I haven't been sleeping so well. School work needs to be done. Hope needs to be taken care of. I've felt bad because I haven't really given Miles my time. When he comes home from work, he usually wants to cuddle or sleep. It was hard for me to do both. I wasn't complaining. This was my life now. I parked in my drive way and seen my mom outside with Hope. She was wearing her cute little pink onesie that her aunt Anya got her. It said "daddy's girl". My mom walked towards me and sighed.

"Daddy's late. Now grandma is late, Hope. Why is daddy late?" My mom said in a sweet tone. I kissed Hope's head and took her from my mom.
