Chapter 29

I woke up to my head pounding like crazy, i looked beside me to see Nathan laying there snoring. Aww he looked so cute when he was sleeping. I grabbed my phone and recorded him sleeping and posted it on snapchat. Haha he's going to kill me later. I looked at the time and notcied that it was 2 in the after noon.

"Babe get up you have to go." I say shaking him awake

"Why ?" He says sitting up

"Because it's 2 in the after noon and the dinner starts at 6."

"Okay. I'll meet you back here later on for the dinner." Nathan says getting up kissing me and then leaving.

I went downstairs to make sure the dining table was set up and that the people i hired had everything all set up. All i had to do was wait on the cater and get ready.

This is an elegent dinner and everyone who was coming knew that. I went into my dads room to make sure that he picked up his tux from the cleaners.

"Hi daddy."

"Hey princess." My daddy says while kissing my forehead

"Did you try on the suit to make sure it still fits."

"Yeah and it does. Whose all coming to this dinner ?" My dad asked curious

"Me, you, Nathan, Austin, Lucas, Amber, Ashley, Dylan, Corey, Nathan brother jack, and his mom."

"Nathan mom is coming ?"

"Yeah i told Nathan to invite her. Because he told me that she's either away on business or moping around the house. And i felt bad because it was my mom who ruined her marriage."

"Well that was nice of you."

I went and texted everyone and made sure that they had there clothes. All the dudes had their tuxes and all the ladies had there dresses. Tonight was going to be perfect.

After the cater had finally got here i went and started getting ready. I put on a long black dress with studded jewels on it. After my dress i did my make up and then did my hair. Then i went downstairs to wait for the guest to arrive.

First Ashley arrived, then dylan and corey, then amber, then Nathan and his family.

Jack ran up to me and gave me the biggest hug.

"Aww you look so handsome in your tux jack." I say hugging him

"Thank you, you look very pretty. I wish you were my girlfriend." When he said that i busted out laughing

"Of course i will be but we have to keep this a secret from your grumpy ol brother." I said into jack ear then we both started laughing

"I think your 6 year old brother just stole your girlfriend." Nathan mom said

"You look so beautiful." I say to Nathan mom

"Thank you. And thank you for inviting me."

"No problem."

"Jack can i get my girlfriend back now ?"

"For now." Jack said

i busted out laughing, i love that little boy and his sense of humor.

"You look stunning babe."

"And you look handsome."

"Oh i know ." Nathan said smirking

I slapped his arm playfully after that. We walked into the dinning room and sat down at the table where everyone was sitting down.

"So the cater just informed me that it will be 30 more minutes before the food is ready so i think we should do gifts." My dad said looking at Austin

"You guys didn't have to get me anything, this dinner and the surprise party was thanks enough." Austin said looking at everyone

"Pish posh! I'm going first. Be back in uno momento" I say eagerly

I went to my car and got Austin gift out my trunk. I walked into the house and handed Austin the bags with the clothes and the leather jacket.

"WOW. Thank you Lauren, you did not have to get me all of this. But i love it especially the leather jacket." Austin said giving me a hug

Everyone else handed Austin their gifts and then Dad went last.

"Okay i have two gifts for you. This one first though." My dad said and then handed Austin a envelope.

Austin opened the enevolope and then started reading and then looked at my dad.

"What is it ?" I say trying to be nosey

"Adoption papers." My dad said

Everyone got quiet and then waited for Austin to say something

"I would like to say that this is just a piece of paper to me. I already saw you guys as my family." Austin said hugging my dad

"Yeah but now it's official." I say hugging Austin

"You've been my brother ever since you came here." Lucas said giving Austin a hug

"Okay one more gift." My dad said gaining everyones attention

He went and handed Austin a small box. Austin opened it and revelead a key. Austin ran to the front door with everyone else behind him and we all seen a black motorcycle.

"Oh my God you brought me a Kawasaki Ninja H2R." Austin said yelling

"Yeah, it yours buddy. Just keep your grades up in school, thats my rule for all my children. "

"Yeah i promise. Thank you I love it."

We all went back inside and started eating and then i heard the front door close. Who could that be ? Everyone is already here. I walk towards the living room and see my mom walking in. I look at her belly and seen a baby bump.

"Oh look the whore in her natural habitat."

Once i said that everyone eyes went to my mom

"You have no right to talk to me like that, i am your mother."

"No you're not. You're just a woman whose vagina i came out of. A mother wouldn't do what you did to there family"

"What is she doing here in my house? " My mama said looking at Nathans mom

"this is no longer your house. Unlike you, she was invited here. Now Leave." My dad said raising his voice

After that she left and we finished our dinner.

After the dinner Amber walked up to me and my brother.

"So what's the deal with this apartment situation ? " Amber said

"You're actually going through with it ?" Nathan said walking up towards us

"Well yeah, you think I'm a leave my bestfriend with you two ? Not likely. So have y'all looked at any places ?" Amber said looking at me

"Well I have. I found a four bedroom right near campus we can all take a trip to go and check out the place is y'all want ."

"Yeah." Everyone said in unison
