Chapter 33

This is the week of finals and Graduation is next week. I'm super excited to embark on such a journey after high school. College is a whole different ball game that I am ready for. And this whole summer before college start will be nothing but good memories with the ones I love.

I've decided to start ignoring all the bad people with bad vibes and just enjoy life and have a great time because we don't know how long we have on this earth.  I intend to just have fun but still be focused. I feel like college will help me find out who I am deep down inside and I am ready for it.

Nathan, Amber, Lucas and I all decided to have a study session in the library today to get ready for our finals this week. We all are studying for different exams but we are all helping each other with things we don't understand.

In the middle of me explaining a problem to Nathan I see Connor and his girlfriend Brittany walking up.

"Hey can we join you ?"  Connor said looking at me

"Sure" I say with a smile

"No !" Nathan said looking at me wide eyed

"Yes you can." I said gritting my teeth at Nathan

"No you can't." Nathan said gritting his teeth at me

"Sit !"

"Leave !"

"Connor and Brittany sit. Nathan get up i need to talk to you."

I walked over to the other side of the library while dragging Nathan by his hand.

"Behave." I said very sternly

"Now tell me why would i do that ? Why would i sit there and be nice to your ex boyfriend ?" Nathan said putting air quotations around ex boyfriend

"I don't have feelings for Connor, and you need to get that through your thick skull. Your ego is getting really big right now. Now if you have a problem with me inviting them to study with us i suggest you leave but if not tighten up and stop acting like a ass hole."

"Fine." Nathan said giving me a peck on the lips

I smirk to myself at the glory of victory. I love Nathan to death but sometimes i have to talk to him like he's a two year old going through their terrible twos.

"Thank you guys for letting us join." Connor says

"Don't thank me because if it was up to me you wouldn't....."

Before Nathan could finish that sentence i stomp him on his toe

"Ouch what was that for ?" Nathan said looking at me like i was crazy

I look at him telling him to behave

"I mean yeah whatever" Nathan said then picking up his book

I swear this boy is a work in progress and will be the death of me. After studying for almost two hours we all went home and Nathan went to my house. We were laying in my bed watching movies with Nathan head laying in my lap. I was playing in his hair when he asked me a question.

"Babe you know i love you right ?"

"Yes." I said kind of confused at where this was going

"But sometimes you can be a pain in my behind." Nathan said laughing

I started laughing because i know that i can be kind of difficult at times.

"Same here." I say while still laughing

"I get that you are a forgiving person and you like to see the best in people but im not like that. It takes time for me to warm up to people."

"I get that Nathan, thats why i have been trying to work with you on that. Even if it does takes me putting you in your place for you to straighten up."

"I like when you put me in my place, i think it's hot." Nathan said smirking

"Oh really ?" I said raising my eyebrow

Nathan grabbed me and flipped me over so that way i was on top of him. We started making out when Corey and Dylan came busted in my room.

"So what movie are we watching guys ?" Corey said grabbing the remote

"Where you guys about to have sex ? If so can we watch ?" Dylan said

Once Dylan said that Nathan and I busted out laughing, leave it up to Dylan to lighten up the mood

"You can do more than watch you can join ?" I say while still laughing

"See for 1. Four is a crowd so they would have to leave and 2. baby if i do that you could forget all about little ol Nathan over here."

Once Dylan said that i completely lost it and was laughing so hard i had tears streaming down my face.

"You laughing but i mean look at me who wouldn't want me ? I am the eternal stud." Dylan said pointing at his self

"Okay wannabe Damon Salvatore."

I said getting up to go down stairs to pop some pop corn because it seems that we will be having a movie night. So i told them to just come down stairs and then i decided to go ahead and invite everyone else. I texted Amber, Lucas, Austin, and Ashley.

I waited until everyone else got here to decide on what to watch. I decide to have more times like this before we went off to college because memories like this are priceless and we aren't going to have to many more of these left with everyone going there seperate ways.

Well Austin and Ashley will still be here, they have one more year left of high schol. Dylan and Corey are going to school in Florida, I believe Miami University. Then you have Amber, Lucas, Nathan and I going to school in California. Oh yeah and Connor is going into the military i don't really know what his girlfriend Brittany is doing. But I do make it a mental note for me to ask him that later.

Amber texted me during the movie and said that she needed to talk to me after this. I wonder what that is about.

After the movie went off everyone left and Amber and I went up to my room to talk.

"What's up ?" I say asking amber while I went and sat on my bed

"Look I know that you have been on this positive vibes only thing and I don't want to ruin it but.."

"But what ? We've never kept secrets before so whatever you have to say just come out with it."

"What if you and Nathan don't work out ?"

Once Amber said that I looked at her puzzled and trying to see where she was going with this.

"What do you mean ?" I asked confused

"What if y'all don't work out. Y'all would still have to continue to live together if y'all don't work out. You're basing your future off this guy."

"First off I hope that doesn't happen and I'm not basing my future off no one, hence the reason why I am going to college so that I can have my own career. The apartment is a four bedroom and if by some reason me and him do not work out then I can be the bigger person and continue living with him I am not that big of a bitch but we don't have to worry about that because me and him will work out. Think positive."

"I do wish the best of y'all, but that was just one of those bad thoughts that came to my mind."

"Is that all ? Do you have anymore bad thoughts ?"

"No Ma'am" Amber says with a smirk

"Alright now get out of here it is getting late and we have finals to pass."

"There you go thinking positive "

"Just how I am thinking positive that you and Lucas will get back together. Goodnight !"

I say laughing and then Amber decides to throw a pillow at me.

When I cut the light off in my room to get ready for bed I start to wonder am I so gulliable for trying to stay positive and have good vibes only ?
