Dear Emily,
I finished reading Looking For Alaska by John Green today. I think it's the best book I've ever read. Maybe that's because it was so quotable. The main character, he was kind of obsessed with last words. And I remember one part that said something about how people die how they live so last words tell a lot about people.
It made me think about your last words, and I realize now that the last thing you said was, "You're such a moron, D," and it only then came to mind that you used your very last breath to say something to me, and the knot of guilt in my stomach will not ever go away.
