||||||||||||||Chapter Five:Mira is a what?? No way|||||||||||||||

I nervously bit on the top of my pencil,still trying to decide which answer to choose.I had broken three pens ,two pencils and a ruler out of my nervousness. The test infront of me was what we could call a good test, but I wanted to make sure I answered it all right,which was why I was determined to finish the last two questions.

I had really finished it all,almost all.I had the third question in choose to answer and the last equation was still unfinished.I was so worried that my worry affected my memory.I was so mad at myself for allowing that to happen.

Taking a deep breath I decided to collect my courage and try to remember, it can't be that hard to remember a simple rule right?Oh I hope so.

"Ohhhhh the test was perrrrrrfectttt"said Nora as we walked out of the class ,forcing me,Leo and Livvie to roll our eyes at her.

"What? It was easy"she insisted.

"Yes..but you finished it in the first half hour.That was so unfair"Leo said with a sigh and Nora just giggled at him.

No one could actually blame Nora for thinking every test was easy,the girl truly studied and did her best.It made us all jealous on her ability to concentrate even when there is music around... I mean I too could always shut everyone out,but only while reading books I like or drawing.

"You know what guys,you can keep fighting about the test.I myself did well..."I said then added "I will be at the library,I promised to meet Nathan there"

It didn't take me long since I entered the library till I had given up on finding Nathan, found a book that caught my interest and was searching for a place to sit in.

It seemed like everyone was in the library today.Terrific,I thought and kept searching.it took me a while till I found an almost empty table,there was just one girl sitting there.

I walked over to that table and sat down in front of the girl on the other side of the table.I was so interested in reading the book that I didn't notice who she was.

"Hey.."The girl whispered after a minute.

I looked up and smiled,seeing it,s Mira."Hey,How are you? "

I hadn't seen Mira since the games but I could swear that this girl was way more beautiful than the one who wore the cheerleading outfit and got her facd drawn.I was somehow shocked by her beauty but that was nothing compared to her nice personality.I was sure somehow that if she hadn't dated Liam,we would have been best friends.

"Fine..you? "She asked.

"Fine too"I answered quickly.too eager to read the book,but she seemed like she was determined to make a conversation.

"So how was the chemistry test?"

"It was good.I think I ruined the last equation though"I admitted sheepishly ,looking at her bright green eyes.

"Wow.Only the last equation..I ruined way more"she said with a frown.

I was suddenly interested to know why "Why?"I asked simply "You always answer well when you are asked"I added with a frown.

"I hesitate alot when I answer"She said with a shrug.

"Oh..wow"was my only answer.

"I know I know.I should have been more careful"She added and I nodded,giggling.

"Next time be more careful"I suggested.

The girl was apparently trying to make a decent conversation but I ..like always..was ruining it.So after a minute and after the reading the introduction of he first chapter in the book,I decided to be the one talking this time.

"So why did you miss the last match?"I asked and she looked up at me,she had gone back to her book when I talked.

"Liam was tired and he needed someone to take care of him"she answered simply "he can be quite careless if he was left alone"she added with a frown,like she had known him for all his life.

"You must have known him for long to notice that"

She laughed ans I couldn't understand why "Yes,but it doesn't take much to know he's careless"

"Oh what does it take then?"

"Just some observing"

"What a girlfriend you are..taking care of your boyfriend,observing his habits and all"I teased,the way I would have talked to with Nora or Livvie.

She looked up at me and gave me a weird look "Eww I am not his girlfriend..why does everyone in school think so?"she asked with a pout.

Before I could answer her,Chris was walking toward us.He sat casually beside Mira and placed his arm over her shoulder.

I looked at them both and arced a brow,I didn't understand how she accepted him to put his arm around her that casually.

"Something wrong shortie? Is blushy annoying you?"Chris asked.

He always called me Shortie,even though he was only two feets taller than me.It used to annoy me at first,but not anymore.yet what caught my attention was him calling Mira Blushy.

"Won't you ever stop with that silly nickname..come on Chrisie you have been calling me that since I was two"she said with a frown pushing him away from her.

I watched them for a while going back and forth like how friends would fight.

"You knew her since she was two, Chris?"I suddenly asked,cutting whatever he was saying.

He laughed and shook his head .Why was everyone laughing at me lately? "I knew her since she was born Diana..."

"How?"I asked dumbfounded .

"She's my little sister"He said with a wide grin on his face.

"I am Mira Kerrington"She added with a grin

What..how..wait..WHAT.I kept thinking as I stared at them still shocked.Yes of course Mira wasn't in any of my classes but atleast I should have known her last name from the practice.I didnt know how I never asked her about that before.

"W..o..w"I said the word in three syllables.

"Surprise...see I told you I am not dating Liam.it would have been super creepy"She said giggling at my shock and blush.I was as red as a tomato because of my stupidity.

"She thought you were dating Liam...wooo wait till he hears that"Chris said with a smirk.

"No no no..you won't dare to tell him"I said almost shouting.

It took me about another half an hour and twenty bucks to convince Chris not to tell Liam.the bastard used me badly ,but I would have done anything so Liam won't know.Seriously he would have kept mocking me the whole year.

Since that day though and me and Mira became friends.Now I have

officially met all the Three Kerrington(s).Mira was the quietest, smartest and an amazing friend,even Leo, Nora,Livvie and Lora-Who decided to stay the rest of the year with us-loved her so much and counted her as a friend .Chris was the funny,caring one.The one you would wish your big brother to be like,but I already had Nate and he was all what I need.And finally,Liam.I till now couldn't understand him.He was a mystery to me,but for the first time a mystery I never wanted to try and solve.I preferred staying away from him .As away as possible while staying with Mira and Chris.
