^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^"What do you think they're talking about?" Scarlett asked her brother and he shrugged.
"Adrien uhm we think it would be good for you to, get a job." Amelia smiled and Adrien lifted a brow.
"What do you mean? I have to take care of the kids."
"Right but a nanny can do that easily." Sabine smiled. Adrien and Marinette sighed. They saw this conversation coming from a mile away.
"Thanks but no. Adriens fine with taking care of them and I'm fine with working." Marinette smiled and Adrien nodded.
"But you both need to get in a decent income or else you'll be living on the street." Tom stepped in.
"Marinette gets paid over 300,000 dollars a week. I think we'll do just fine." Adrien leaned against the wall and the parents sighed. (Is that good? I don't know about French payment systems)
"But you'd do better if you got a job." Gabriel said and Adrien glared at him
"Yeah but we would have to pay the nanny for taking care of them and Emit and Scarlett are a handful as they are so we'd have to pay extra." Marinette crossed her arms and stood next to Adrien. Scarlett giggled and came running down the stairs, tripped and Adrien caught her right before she face planted into the next stair.
He put her down and she smiled at him. "Scar, we told you to stay upstairs." They would also call her Scar but rarely used it unless it was just a quick thing.
"It's not my fault! Emit pushed me!"
"Did not!" Emit ran down the stairs.
"Did too!" The two bickered and their parents sighed.
"It doesn't matter if you pushed him or not but you two shouldn't fight. The adults are talking so can you please stay upstairs?" Marinette smiled and they nodded. They ran back up the stairs and hide.
"You two need a nanny. A nanny can teach them the same lessons your teaching them."
"No you want us to get a nanny. A nanny would teach them differently and, in my opinion, be rude to them." Adrien crossed his arms.
"What makes you say that?" Amelia asked.
"I had three nannies. All of them rude and ungrateful and made me do the things they were suppose to do." Amelia glared at Gabriel.
"You can choose."
"I choose myself." Adrien smirked.
"I choose Adrien. Thank you but we'll be good."
"You can have date nights and not have to worry." Sabine smiled.
"That's what Manon is for." Marinette crossed her arms. "Now if you excuse us, we actually do have a date to get too and Manon should be here in an hour or two." The parents left and Adrien and Marinette got ready for their date. An hour later Manon came and the two left.
After the restaurant they went to a hotel for the night and already told and paid Manon. Adrien smirked at Marinette and she giggled. He traced his hand up her thigh while she sat on the bed. "Marinette, what would you think about, expanding?"
She blushed and bit her lip as a small smile crept onto her face. Adrien lightly pressed his lips to hers and she lied down on the bed, him on top of her. "I-I'd like that." He kissed her again and she wrapped her arms around his neck and her legs around his waist.
