Chapter 40

Adrien looked at Marinette and she nodded. "Lucas Kyle Agreste it is." Adrien smiled and the two cheered. Emit looked at his brother and pursed his lips. "What is it Emit?" He asked his son.

"Am I big enough to hold Lucas?" He tilted his head and Marinette laughed.

She patted her lap and Emit sat down and Marinette lowered Lucas down. "Fold your arms and then hold them out." Emit did as he was told and Marinette put Lucas in his arms. She kept her arms close and Scarlett looked at her brother. He had blond hair and he fluttered his green eyes open.

"He looks like Daddy." Scarlett tilted her head to the side. Her eyes were more blue now.

"You look like mom." Emit laughed and Scarlett grumbled And crossed her arms.

"You both look beautiful." Marinette laughed. "He does look like dad, doesn't he." She hugged Emit while he held his brother.

"Scarlett looks like you." Adrien kissed her cheek and Marinette sighed. "Then Emit looks like both of us."

"More you." Marinette laughed. Conner fidgeted in his spot and Marinette looked at him. "Conner, would you like to hold him?"

"No. This is your family, not mine." Conner waved his hands in front of himself as Adrien took Lucas from Emit and walked over to him.

"Your just as much as family as Emit and Scarlett." Adrien smiled and handed him Lucas. Conner held Lucas and smiled down at the child. Marinette smiled as the rest of the gang filled into the room. Conner handed the parents Lucas and Lucas went around the room. Soon the gang left, having to deal with their own lives. The parents came in a few hours later.

"Where's my third grandkid." Tom smiled. Marinette and Adrien are twenty six now. Normal couples would have already had their first child while they were on their third. Marinette was nearly asleep and so was Adrien after filling out all of the papers.

"He's right here." Adrien smiled as he held his child next to Marinette. The parents looked at the baby while Conner kept Emit and Scarlett busy. Scarlett crossed her arms and grumbled.

"Why don't they notice me!" Scarlett complained and Emit rolled his eyes.

"Lucas is new. Let him have his light, besides, I thought you didn't like attention." Emit laughed and Scarlett rolled her eyes.

"Fine, fine." Scarlett sighed and curled up on Emits lap and soon fell asleep, Emit doing the same.

"Where're the other two?" Gabriel asked. "Emit and Scarlett?"

Marinette looked to the chairs and smiled. "They're asleep over there." She pointed and the parents coed. Lucas soon fell asleep in Marinettes arms and she put him in his crib. The parents left and Adrien fell asleep with Marinette in his arms. The next morning they woke up and the family left and went home.

Marinette sighed as she watched her family leave the house. "Adrien are you sure this is a good idea?"

"Yeah. Emit is staying at Alyas for the week, Scarlett with Sabine and Tom and then Lucas with Gabriel and Amelia." Amelia and Gabriel got on good terms and she lives in the mansion, and even came out of hiding and told about faking her death and remarried Gabriel.

"But why do I have to be by myself for a week again?"

"Because it's a guys camping trip." Adrien kissed her cheek while Nino, Kim, Max and Ivan waved.

"Where's Nathanael?" She asked as she looked back as her husband while he loaded the truck with his things.

"He didn't want to come. Something about a very important painting he needed to finish." Kim shrugged. "Either way more deer for us."
