i want your arms around me again,
for our hands to intertwine
like a knot
and never unravel.
i want your lips pressed
into mine and
melting me with each kiss.
i want the evidence that
this was real,
for my lips to be
tinted and marked with passion.
i want your back to be
beneath my hands,
exploring and feeling
the muscle and bones
of your structure.
i want your entire body
to be pressed against mine.
i want to never let you go
and make time stop and
leave us to be here
forever.
i want this space,
this distance and time,
to disappear and
let me be with you.
my heart physically hurts
to not be there with you,
for we have magnets in us
that are so powerfully charged
they can't seem to let us
be apart.
